Asked for a veggie patty and they had none, no big deal, but the young man across the counter was so so lovely, gave me extra cheese, and an extra cookie just to say sorry. He’s always so friendly and upbeat, great customer service.

Workers don't have an attitude fit for a working environment... not very welcoming especially the African girl speaks to you as your someone she knows and doesn't speak to you as. A customer...These youngsters need to train up there sandwich managing skills as this is the 3rd ttimee now and my sub is falling apart. If nothing is done by the management this particular subway will be losing its customers and money

Very bad service rude staff ? I seen the person serving me handle a meat sub . I said am vegetarian can uou please change your gloves before you handle my sub to serve me. The staff replies my hands are clean. I tried to explain to her the situation . And the process she is about to do. She then replies if your not happy go else where. Pathetic service couldn't careless about customers. I been in customer service in the food industry for over 25 years never experience this kind of behaviour. Please teach your staff about the difference between meat ? and vegetarian on how to serve then please teach thus rude individual about customer service.

First time I visit subway near the light view, I was very hungry. I am pure vegetarian so, I decided to go subway for any veg sub because I know subway's policy, they are very cure for food allergen. But my order before other person order of non veg but that lady did not change the gloves and prepared my food then I have told her she and she became arrogant and argue with me even she did not change the knife , generally in other subway store they apologize and ask new order, but here it was worst service then after she continues argue and preparing my same order then I tell her to add one more sauce in it and she was teaching me subway policy however she doesn't follow single one about food.Never refer to visiting this store people are very arrogant.

My sister went to this subway and ordered 3 cookies from this place, as soon as she ate them she started feeling an atrocious stomach ache like if she had stomach bugs or something. The staff clearly didn’t make the cookies well and something was clearly raw. Staff also need improvement
