A long established local pub that a friend used to be able to touch both walls at the same time. Now much enlarged by Wetherspoons. Very large, clean and tidy even mid-evening on a Saturday. The staff keep on top of the job. Large open fire in mid room at one end provides a welcoming feel. Food and drink as usual in a Wetherspoons reliable. Toilets upstairs. Smallish car park with entrance/exit opposite the bus station of Bramley District Centre. Access road has double curve and steep slopes. When driving out the surface disappears from the drivers line of sight.

Great and warm family place to relax and enjoy good meals.-Great value for money.-Nice stuff.Kid-friendliness: It is a family place with big tables warm enough for the cold days and also many of the dishes are also good for kids.

What happened to the carpark ? All to make an outside seating area (which are not secured to the floor) and are a risk of injury.Only x4 Disabled parking spaces, On arrival these all was taken, approx 11am.Maybe a reserved option for the x4 Disabled parking spaces and have to book a time slot. This is not really suitable ..its difficult to get out once your in and no space to turn car around ..cars parked up the drive on double yellows and having to park at the shopping centre, which has a max time of only 2 hrs and expected to push a Disabled service user in a wheelchair on the cobbled pathway..Really disapointed !!You are going to loose alot of custom this way...just GREEDY!!!

Although the food has never been bad, it has periods when it's better sometimes than others? Difference in the shifts of the chefs maybe? But on the whole, a good atmosphere and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

I had my 7yr old daughter who is very picky on food. I opted to get the 3 small platters(chips chicken wings and chicken bites) she enjoyed it, we shared

I went there for a lunch, i was amazed by the atmosphere also the environment. And the parking is safe, easy and spacious. The service was really fast and friendly some. The food was tasty, fresh and well presented. I am thinking back again. Strongly recommended.Parking: It is easier, secure and spacious.

manager is awesome here, always working hard and always gives time of day to my little one. Place is always getting cleaned during the day so your not left with a mucky table. food is on point too.

Normally Wetherspoons meals are ok. But I ordered a bacon and egg muffin. Normally i have to wait while it is being prepared, so imagine my surprise when the “chef” appeared within seconds of me sitting down with my breakfast muffin. The reason must have been because the egg was cooked yesterday and the bacon was found at the back of the grill. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.

Great place for a bit of dinner, we usually visit for the curry club on Thursday nights. Have found this to be much better than other pubs in the chain as they have all the menu and not just some of it like other wetherspoons we have used.

Standard Wetherspoon's pub. Lovely food and drink at a cheap price. Friendly staff. Can get very busy at times. Nice seating inside (especially in the extension that was built onto the existing pub that was there previously. Also called the old unicorn) and out. The outside seating area is a bit of a suntrap in the summer if that's your thing.

Do not under any circumstances order the Pasta Alfredo. £10 for 8 mouthfuls!! A whopping £1.25 a mouthful!!! Stale rocket garnish to hide crusty burnt pasta underneath, and rocket combined with the pasta and sauce which overpowered the taste. I would have complained had we been asked but tables were cleared around us & nobody came to see if everything was OK.

Had the Ultimate Burger, really disappointing. Burnt burger, cold, pale mushy chips. Ate a couple of mouthfuls and left it was just awful. Breadcake and the lettuce, sauce etc.. was all blended into one squidgy mess. Food has gone downhill alot in the last few months.

Me and my friend met up here after I suggested it due to visiting a few years ago. It was just as pleasant as I remembered. Lovely building, very spacious and extremely comfortable. We arrived on a Sunday lunch time, it was really quiet so there were plenty of places to sit. The staff were super friendly and the food was great. No complaints whatsoever. I'll definitely be going here again in the near future! The food isn't Michelin star standard but it's excellent value for the money so I can't complain at all!
