We came here for lunch as most places nearby weren’t open for food on a Tuesday / dog friendly. We had the lunch special and got a meal, drink & cake which were delicious! Staff were very friendly and our Jack Russell got a biscuit too ?

Good food and prices in the cafe. It could do with a lick if paint but staff are very friendly and helpful and it is usually very busy. Cards and knitted things for sale as well.

Lovely homely atmosphere, great food also ?

I stopped on a cold, rainy day, in between a visit to the physiotherapy clinic and a 'falls prevention workshop' opposite, and was delighted! I'd almost despaired of getting a really good flat white in Huddersfield, and boy was it strong! Accompanied by a lovely piece of flapjack, brought to my table. Couldn't have been nicer. Might have been a quiet day, but most of the tables were taken. I genuinely thought 'What a nice place'.

Popped in for a coffee whilst walking the dog, ended up getting comfy on the sofa with a very tasty bacon and egg butty and then another coffee!Friendly staff, great service and food and a lovely atmosphere, Ted ? and I enjoyed it.Thanks for being dog friendly.

Beautiful village cafe selling items from locals paintings gifts. Great atmosphere if you want coffee a meal or snack. Fast service friendly staff. Dogs welcome. Love it.

The food could have been cooked longer especially the tomatoes on the breakfast, a choice of toast wasn't given and the butter was partially melted, they could have asked about the egg instead of having the only option of fried. Mushrooms should have been sliced not cut in to squares, the bacon could have been fried and crispier like the hash brown which didn't have the crispiness to it ???? the waitress I don't think she has that much kitchen experience due to her young age, plus getting a few orders mixed up on the table for 6/7 customers ?

Lovely little cafe in the heart of the village! Friendly atmosphere and caters for gluten free.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available

Just what Meltham has always needed. Relaxed atmosphere, always new faces popping in. Mostly pop in alone or sometimes with my Daughter. 10 out of 10.

Food is terrible. Isn’t the best place for a coffee. Many better places around Meltham. Staff and rude not very good.

Great little cafe, staff friendly and food was really nice. It was a little busy but the food still didn’t take a long time to come.

Fabulous coffee here today. A warm and friendly welcome to myself, my husband and our little dog Ollie Plenty of seating both inside and outside, a very good atmosphere The decaf coffee was perfect and the gravy bone for Ollie was a nice touch We will definitely be visiting again soon
