Ordered 2 lasagne’s and a cheesy garlic bread at 5.30pm. They said it will be around 45 minutes. Arrived early at 6pm, best lasagne we’ve had in a long time. Still piping hot and absolutely delicious. Cheesy garlic bread also lovely. Delivered by a great friendly driver. Highly recommend

Usually order from Woodkirk, the food Is always late and the young girl on the phone Is always pretty rude. Ordered from Horbury tonight, still over 30 minutes late, again rude service and the food was cold and soggy. Last time ordering from capri ?

Absolutely diabolical!We ordered our 2 pizzas at 6:50 to be told it would be here at 7:10, it still hasn’t arrived at 8:45 we called to be told we didn’t order it at the time we did and to get a refund we will have to send the food back (not an issue as it hasn’t arrived) to get a refund.Don’t order from here

Placed our order at 18.57, after 2 hours of waiting, I rang Capri@Horbury to enquire and was told that the order was on its way, at 21.31, still no delivery! Eventually Capri at Horbury rang us informing us that they had forgotten to put our delivery on the van and they would make us another order and deliver! By this time it was far too late and we had got passed eating! Shocking experience! Will not be ordering from here again!

I was extremely shocked to see the very poor quality of the takeaway bearing in mind how amazing Capri usually is when you dine in. I wish I had read these reviews first! As you can see the Pizza arrived with all of the toppings and cheese, completely off the pizza because it has been held sidewards during delivery. The burger wasn’t Gastro or restaurant quality, it was just like a normal takeaway or McDonalds.

Me and my other half havent ordered anything from capri home dining in horbury for a few years. We each had a lamb kebab. One portion of Fries and a garlic bread with blue cheese and chillies. What a let down!Fries soggy and cold and the box full of condensation. Lamb was tough and tasteless and overcooked. The bread it was wrapped in couldve been lovely but it was so soggy it fell apart when you picked it up.The blue cheese garlic bread had the merest hint of blue cheese on it - this used to be delish - but not anymore.But the worst thing of all was probably in the smallest of details, and that lay in the minted yoghurt sauce we each ordered with our kebab. It was like somebody had squeezed a tube of colgate into some watery yoghurt. It was truly awful. ???We will never ever order anything from here again. I cannot speak for the restaurant side of things because we've not been in for a long time, but the home dining experience was shoddy. Wish we'd have saved our well earned brass and had beans on toast!

We booked a table for a birthday celebration and it was such a disappointment. We were a large party of 14, and we arrived earlier than our table booking to have a drink in the bar area before dining. When our Booking time arrived, we informed the staff that we were here, we were told there was no rush as the table was ours for the whole evening. When we asked to be seated, we were told our table was not ready and we were kept in the bar area a further 40 mins until we were taken to our table. Our table was booked for 7.30pm, we did not receive our first course until around 9.15pm!!! By the time our food arrived, some of our party were ‘passed’ eating. The food was very underwhelming, the portions were small and the food very bland. The wait between main course and being offered a dessert or coffee was so long, some guests left. We all really wanted to have enjoyed the food so much more than we were able. A very disappointing experience.

Poor service, food cold when delivered via home delivery. Wont order again. We have odered over several years, called to leave feedback and compained , poor customer service dealing with the complaint. Used to be great food and a great service has become very complacent

Only a matter of time before this place goes out of business. Delivery time is always at least twice as long as they tell you, usually at least 1.5 to 2 hours. Pizza was as chewy as the box it came in, caprese salad was inedible (see photo). Everything we ordered was cold. Total waste of money.

I have been a customer at capri for many many years. I supported the restaurant, cafe and the home dining. I ordered the same order regularly then all of a sudden there was a problem in simply asking for a base a little thicker . I will not be returning to Capri’s again. It’s saddening that their level of customer service for a loyal customer has resulted in such poor customer service . It’s saddening that the people such as myself that have loyalty and have supported them to get to where they are treated like this. Whatever happened to the service that Paymen, Dom and Nat gave. Instead I’m sometimes lucky I can order a pizza without problems and other times not so lucky! ….. it’s not the cheapest place but I didn’t mind as it’s local and I like supporting local. I will not return, it’s a real shame! You shouldn’t treat people like this Capri Home Dining it’s not good business sense. Paymen got his base by connecting with locals and not alienating them !

Undercooked raw food. Sent back to the kitchen and food was returned still raw and inedible. There is no excuse for this and there is the potential to make someone very poorly. Dessert menus thrown on the table then removed? No asking if we wanted anything. Drinks ordered that didn’t arrive. So this place has a problem in both the kitchen and front of house.

Booked in on Saturday night, it’s always quite busy. I’d say food is just average as are the drinks. Service charge added onto the bill which I don’t agree with! That should be optional and at the discretion of the customer. Dining experience was just ok
