We booked a table for a birthday celebration and it was such a disappointment. We were a large party of 14, and we arrived earlier than our table booking to have a drink in the bar area before dining. When our Booking time arrived, we informed the staff that we were here, we were told there was no rush as the table was ours for the whole evening. I have been a customer at capri for many many years. I supported the restaurant, cafe and the home dining. I ordered the same order regularly then all of a sudden there was a problem in simply asking for a base a little thicker . I will not be returning to Capri’s again. It’s saddening that their level of customer service for a loyal customer has resulted in such poor customer service . Booked in on Saturday night, it’s always quite busy. I’d say food is just average as are the drinks. Service charge added onto the bill which I don’t agree with! That should be optional and at the discretion of the customer. Dining experience was just ok
