I called in at the Mirfield Starbucks store on Monday 5th June. I was met by a really lovely member of staff. Lovely smile, attentive, a pleasure to be served by. Then I had the misfortune of listening to who I can only guess was the manager verbally bullying this member of staff in the back office. Totally unprofessional, totally unfair, and tantamount to bullying!! Disgusting way to treat such a lovely member of staff!!
