The three of us enjoyed our meal here in this beautiful restaurant with wonderful lights by the river. Excellent service, delicious food, nothing to dislike.

This is a family favourite. The food is always amazing, the service is friendly, all staff are kind to small children which makes it a relaxing experience and their fish stew is out of this world. My father always orders the calzone and my husband enjoys that too. Really amazing place for a meal. Highly recommend!!!

A really fantastic restaurant by the river in Otley. Delicious menu all served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. It’s not cheap but well worth the money. The outside area looks fantastic all lit up with the heaters! Will be back!

Beautiful place without a doubt but food way overpriced for the portion sizes and quality, service was average . Some of the food was served warm , no bread served with the soup - it fell short of expectations on this occasion I am sorry to say

Wonderful meal. Beautiful restaurant location. Service was brilliant. Manger gave us free dessert due to a slight delay in the main course but it was a busy evening so we didn’t mind.

Not my favourite today the wait was about 29mins for coffee and cake the coffee was Luke warm and the cake was stale and it was very expensive

I came here with two friends today and the service was very poor quite frankly. I have given two out of five purely for the food. I would rate the service 0 out of 10. There was no attention paid to our table whatsoever. It took a long time for anyone to come over to us to take our order, they were not interested. This was not due to a lack of staff as there were staff preparing for the evening service. We would have ordered another round of drinks and desserts but staff were not interested. It felt like our faces did not fit because we were not “regulars”. Management please think about how you treat your customers. We will not be rushing back!

Another great meal at Buon Apps. We have only just come back from a holiday in Italy and this restaurant rivals really good eateries we visited on our trip. The food and service were excellent, and we even managed to find dishes to feed the oldies who are not so adventurous. I had the calamari, Tuscan fish stew and lemon cheesecake, all excellent. Everyone enjoyed their food. Would definitely recommend.

We were rather bowled over by this place. Everything about it is good...... service, food, cleanliness, very friendly, price. But on a lovely evening the riverside setting is stunning.
We booked a table to celebrate our eldest grandsons 18 birthday, he requested that we go to Buon Apps as he had been going there since he was a small child (at their previous location). The food was excellent, as it always is, the service was first class, as it always is, a good evening was had by all.

My husband and I visited for the first time and we loved everything about the experience, the location, the service felt very special, and the food was delicious. Refreshing not to have to pay for side dishes as all the mains came as a full meal, unusual for an Italian restaurant which bumps the price up. We’ll definitely return.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Such gorgeous views, lovely atmosphere, plenty of choice on the menu and very tasty dishes! Staff were friendly and attentive too.

Very nice location, nice views, food consistently good. Booked online, easy peasy. Good parking outside. Third visit. Staff were very welcoming and a nice table upstairs. Service is attentive without being intrusive. Garlic bread with mozzarella and thyme is excellent to share (beware, portions are suitably Yorkshire generous - not a bad thing!) Daughters had pizza and pasta, which all vanished quite quickly. I went for the steak with bread and peppercorn sauce which was excellent - an unusual combination and again a good portion size. Puddings also good (though I skipped as I was already quite full...) Can recommend the mocktails - especially the mint & lime. Haven't tried the wine list as yet but it looks good. The staff are very good, especially when my 6 year old accidentally locked herself in the toilet cubicle (!) Atmosphere is nice - some music but not overly loud. Overall it is a nice treat - not cheap but the quality is there, it is similar to Salvos in Headingley, which is my reference point for giving it 5 stars.
