The two young people were absolutely brilliant they worked so hard & were very pleasant we only saw the two people they cleared tables straight away nobody had to wait to be served well done you young people

As a regular visitor to our Otley branch of Costa,I can highly recommend! I visit regularly on a Wednesday with my grandchildren and always receive a warm welcome and really good service. All the staff are friendly and helpful,especially Matthew and Mia who deal with my complicated order with great patience and a smile!! Lovely staff all kept cheerful by their amazing manager,Carl. Strongly recommend a visit!

Always a great welcome and atmosphere as well as fabulous coffee. Otley Costa is the best - such a warm welcome makes for a very enjoyable visit. Karl the manager makes sure his team are really well trained in providing a service as well as the best coffees and snacks. One of the reasons we go in most days !

What a lovely visit, staff were friendly and helpful: My cousin and I had a lovey chat to the manager after he’d given us a friendly greeting, he has a great work ethos and it reflects in the warm and friendly atmosphere of the shop and the staff.
