We called in on a Saturday evening as we were having a bit of a pub crawl. We were served quickly by friendly staff. We got seated in a lovely little owl cove. There are lovely little areas where someone has put some thought into the decor it adds to the atmosphere.I would like to return to try the menu it sounds really good. There is also a beer garden so I would definitely like to come back when it is warmer.I didn't use the bathroom but the pub is all on ground level so good accessibility.Dogs and children are welcomed .

Friendly staff, lovely food. We were a group of 10 on a pre booked reservation. Easily coped with by the very capable staff. Everyone commented on how nice their food was. We had ham and eggs, sausage and mash, fish and chips plus baked spud with chicken and bacon. A great evening for us all.

Amazing bottomless brunch! The first in Otley I’ve been to! Would highly recommend! £30 each and choose any cocktails and 3 small plates each from the menu! Would definitely return for the bottomless and will also be returning in the future to order from the main menu! Hopefully in better weather so can sit in rear beer garden! Thanks for having us!
Wanted a cheap pub meal and rose and crown was recommended. Hadn't been in since new owners took over. I liked the idea that we could have small.meals which were plenty for us. Food was really good and service excellent. Will be back. BTW Benn told their Sunday roasts are good so will try that sometime.Parking: Street parking or use sainsburys car park.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps but door quite narrow.

Lovely little local pub that does good wholesome local food. The roasts here are next level, definitely worth reserving a Sunday for

After having tried a couple of others in town (that didn't allow dogs), we settled on the Rose & Crown - what a find! Welcomed with open arms by the Landlord - dog treats and water bowls by the doors. Sat with friends for lunch - a couple of very nice ales (from a super selection of both draught and bottled/cans - including one of my favourites - Beavertown Neck Oil) and a superb, tasty lunch. Decent menu and some unusual smaller bites, which may lure us back again very soon. All in all, this was a great find, both for the conviviality of the host and for the food & drink on offer. A definite "we'll be back"!
