Positive factors:Staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive.Premises are pleasant and comfortable.Constructive feedback:The menu is limited.The food is poorly presented (cold, over cooked and lacks quality).We have been supporters of the White Hart for many years, however our last three visits have been a total let down simply in the basis of the poor choice menu, poor quality of the presented food items and what seems to be a lack of care as to what is presented to the customer (you need a Chef, not a cook).Other than that, the staff are always amazing, the drinks on offer are a little limited but good, the ambience of what was once a great local hostelry is ruined by the food quality. So much so, that I fear it will be some time before we visit again, a sad day indeed.

Went out for dinner on Sunday evening as a group of 6, for some family visiting from down south, such a great experience. We ordered a variation of main meals across the table from roasts to pasta, with one of the group a veggie & it was all spot on. Rebecca looked after us from start to finish & we’ll be back again very soon!

Shame really as the pub and staff are excellent. Let down by Sunday lunch. My college had the Sunday lunch which he said was not very warm. I had the chefs special.. fish cakes.. very surprised they were a freezer to fryer product.. certainly wouldn’t class it as chef showing off his talent.. brilliant front of house though!

We’ve visited on several occasions and consistently the food is excellent. The menu is full of amazing choices for all palettes. Comfortable and great service. The only thing to improve things would be a fresh lick of paint in the toilets.

Stayed locally and was looking for cosy, dog friendly place for dinner. Rebecca was really welcoming and we were given choice of seating areas we could take dog. Great food for myself and mum, snook the dog some crackling too!

Just went to this restaurant with my husband and baby and we will definitely be back! Amazing menu, fantastic selection of beers so the hubby was happy and the customer service from the staff was fab too! We were served by Frankie and she was lovely. Thank you, we’ll be back for more!

A local of ours that we frequent pretty regular..service good...company good...cant comment on others food..I had prawn chilli starter very mediocre...for main I had sweet potato masa man curry..not great..just full of chillies.. at best felt tasted like microwave meal with too many chillies..well over priced
Had a lovely evening at the White Hart, the food and service were fantastic! The pork belly and scallops is a must if you're going to visit. Rebecca, Emma and Hollie were really helpful and accommodating, we will definitely be recommending to friends!

My Wife and I had a meal at the White Hart before staying overnight in The Travel Lodge at Leeds Airport. It’s about a ten min car drive from the airport. We booked in advance, but had to wait for 10 min to be seated, eventually after by passing the wait sign and going to the bar. The Menu was varied and interesting and would cover most requirements and tastes. My wife had seafood pasta and I had the old tester, Beef pie. The food was excellent, well prepared, hot, and served well to the table twenty min after order. The staff were very good, attentive and friendly. The only down side was the eye watering £40 a bottle, Lidl standard wine. My tip, great place to eat, but take any wine with you to have later at your hotel. .

Went on a very busy Tues evening & were surprised that the bar was nearly full but the food, staff & service were excellent! Nothing was too much trouble & Rebecca who looked after us was attentive without being a nuisance. It made for a very enjoyable meal with a friend. Highly recommended.
