British • “We hired the large function room (they have several) to celebrate a family surprise 21st birthday with extended family and friends. The room is perfect, very modern setting (recently refurbished up to date) with a staffed private bar, area for buffet food and private toilet facilities all included within the price which was very reasonable. Matt and the team couldn’t help enough giving us lots of access on the build up to the date, arranged tables, seating and the room just how we wanted it. We provided our own table decor. There is a stage area for a DJ or band (we had both) or you can use their sound system to play your own music. Everyone had an amazing night with great support from Matt and the team. Highly recommend.”

British • “Wow what a wonderful place we where both blown away with The Rustic Arms Ackworth The staff where really polite and professional and couldn’t do enough for us My partner ordered the bourbon burger which was amazing very tasty we are normally put off by burgers in pubs because they are normally greasy but this one was full of different flavours I had the chicken gyros which was amazing too we ended up sharing our meals The pub as a great atmosphere and the deco is to a very high standard we will be back in the near future”
“We went for lunch today and Jane looked after us upstairs. She was rushed off her feet, but so attentive and caring especially to our three year old daughter. Food was delicious, highly recommend the special - baked camembert, and not a bad price too! Our favourite café in Pontefract :)Kid-friendliness: Our three year old was treated like a princess, nothing was too much. High chair was available and Jane the waitress managed to get one for our table before I'd even managed to take my coat off! Great children's menu, my daughter loved her cheese sandwich, chips and beans”
