Ordered food at 5.30pm and it was delivered 8.15pm. I was visiting my son and me and my wife had left by the time it arrived. Following 3 failed proposed tracked delivery times, I phoned at 7.20pm to ask where the delivery was. I was told it still had to be prepared. It wasn't a complicated order, 3 items. I do not recommend this company

We’ve used them for years and honestly the food is 99% of the time beautiful. Fair prices and can feed a family of 4 without it costing the earth.Not a cat in hells chance they are a 3.5 star takeaway. So people should get a review put in and give them the number they deserve ?

Don’t order if you hungry says 75 mins ordered ahead of time but waited 2 hours. Told it was sent and will be with me in 10-15 mins away was still waiting 30 mins. expected to wait for good food but not over two hours.

Ordered food at 6.30,meant to arrive at 7.40 food arrived at 8.20 stone cold. Got cheesey chips the cheese had not even been melted, and the burgers was all greasy, rang up to complain they didn't want to know....Will never order

Used to love it but it's gone downhill massively, it must be under new management cos I've never had food taste that bad in all the years I've used them.Thought I'd give them benefit of doubt cos my last order wasn't nice eitherThis one took 2 hours to come,i had to ring up 3 times to chase my order then the driver rang me cos he couldn't find meI asked him if it'd changed owners cos I've never had a problem before but anyway the food !The chips had been without a doubt warmed up,overdone dry and barely warmThe bolognese burger was vile,all ya could taste was greaseTotal waste of time and money and I'll never ever have anything from here again..The End.

Always a really nice Pizza, but 2 hours to deliver tonight, and this after numerous calls to chase up my order. If they can't make the estimated time, should just be honest, instead of excuses. If they can't meet demand, should just be honest about it.
I used to love Chatta's pizza but they have gone massively downhill. Took over 2 hours for delivery (I live 1 mile away!).I had to.ring twice to chase my food. No genuine apology & was told they were busy. Won't use them again ?

Chattas is still the best takeaway pizza in Ponte Carlo ? 4 cheeses is hard to find a good one but Chattas is quality and put feta in it ⭐️⭐️⭐️
