Really lovely local - recently had a fabulous make over. Greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff, (who can’t do enough to help!) and served with beautiful home cooked food. Really great value - lots of choice - highly recommend a visit!

Had the special of the day, Angus steak. Every part of the meal was perfectly prepared, amazing presentation, really good food turn around time. Been here before but wanted to come a couple times before I commented and honestly? Best place to eatWheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp round the right side

As recently moved into the area we have been made extremely welcome by the regulars and Dean and Ashley who manage the business have been very polite and have welcomed us. The pub is under going a refurbishment which has made the place more appealing. The food is lovely and generous portions. Give the place a try.

Nice village pub. Went in for a few beers for work Xmas leaving day. Plenty of people in (more than normal I should imagine). But nice atmosphere and the staff were very friendly.

Lovely place, but food was not good, as I found a blonde hair through the middle of my Yorkshire pudding. Personally I will not eat there again, but my kids like it, so husband takes them!Parking: Not enough parking available for Sunday lunch, get there early or walk.

Food is great, price is also very reasonable but the roasties are amazing. Down side for all that excellence the space is the let down...you couldn't swing a cat. But I'm told that's changing. All in all nice people at hand to help beers good but Sunday lunch is the best ?
