Disgusting place. Staff touch face, and trausers and sniff over the food. Dirty place, stinks from the kitchen. Unbelievable how bad is this place. Nobody cares about tidying up. Seasons are everywhere, dust and greasy dirt over chips… someone should shut down this place immediately.

Please do NOT eat at this KFC in Pontefract Cornmarket! We ordered a family feast and it was horrible!! The chips were so greasy and so was the chicken! The chicken was literally soaked in so much grease that it ripped the bucket!! You can see from the pictures how disgusting it looks.

Never ever order a delivery from here! I have been waiting for 1 hour 40 min for my food to arrive. When I called the restaurant, the lady said that the driver hasn’t arrived and that I should ‘call Uber’ to ask them why they’ve not picked it up. You’d think that ordering something quick wouldn’t take too long but I still haven’t received my order and there’s no news on when actually the food will arrive!! And I have been charged for the food and the delivery and there’s no way to cancel and request a refund! Bloody awful service!

It was Very busy and had a 10 minute wait. The staff were rushed off their feet they did well to cope. Had a lot of home deliveries which came before the walk in trade, hence the wait.Parking: Disabled parking available.Kid-friendliness: Eating in area upstairsWheelchair accessibility: Small area downstairs.

Ordered from them online. Beautifull tasty looking box on picture with decent price. What i got for my money was a joke. Miniature bag of chips, with miniature fillets. Never ever again. Stay away, better to suport local food business than face this scam.

Got peace of wire from a cleaning spunge in my batter never offered refund just replacement after was ill for two days.

Had to wait long long time for food , then had to go in cos got fed up of waiting. My poor son was absolutely starving , never got a sorry or anything. And then chicken was rubbery !Really bad and stressful experience, would never order with them again . U order a take away for convenience not stress !And many times I ordered before with missing items . Big disappointment needs lots of improvement

Ordered and got wrong meal went to change but staff would not change.The upstairs dining area was grubby and bins needed emptying. The toilets leave a lot to be desired.

I don't personally get food here anymore but daughter and wife do/did. Why is it you ask for a special order off the electronic board and you still get what Ya didn't want. Got to point where the order has to be opened and checked in the shop before travelling home.
