I ordered 2 rice the person spoke with me he told 45 minit's will take for a delivery and i told him cl me before deliver.nobody not called me .suddenly i recivied a cl he is i try to call you 5 times .donot order if your not there actually i'm at home .it was rude service and worst delivery .some time food also going bad ...never ever seems worst service.

Used these a few times and the food as been fine but today it was just awful, we had a lamb korma and a king prawn bhuna and both were very poor, not much flavour at all and both left a bitty gloopy aftertaste, after spending £41.00 I rang them to give them a chance to discuss this but all I got was the option of them sending out a duplicate order, sorry but once was enough.

The food was ordered for 7pm it arrived at 7.20 pm the food was just luke warm. I m so disappointed, my tikka massala was thick, and not very nice. The peswari nan was just a plain nan and only just barley cooked. Not impressed at all won't be going there

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Shocking customer service, rude staff. Stay clear, there are plenty more curry houses that actually value their customers.
Been massively let down by Noor Spice in South Kirkby, 3 hours for my order delivered (they delivered it to the wrong house at first), when it arrived it was missing some items. Not a cheap order either, £70. Asked for a refund, they said to use the app, however I ordered on the website and there is no way of getting a refund on there and they wouldn't refund me any other way. £70 down. Bear in mind that I was a regular customer too, used to spend well over a grand a year with them. Well no more. Appalling customer service.

Ordered my food at 8pm and it didn't arrive untill 9.45pm the curry was very watery and onion Bhaji was sloppy and and nanan was burnt. Won't be ordering again from there spent about £30 waste of money.
