The room was excellent, we booked the superior king room and it was amazing, especially for the price. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast buffet was genuinely one of the best breakfast buffets we've ever had. We also loved the bathtub and the TV facing it. Only a few minor drawbacks but thought they'd be worth mentioning: the room had beautiful skylights at the top, however there was unfortunately no way to cover these up so I was woken around 5am each day. Wouldn't be an issue if you're a heavy sleeper, but worth considering if you are woken by light! Tiny issue but our room also only had one bathrobe - a second one would have been good. The bathrobe itself was very fluffy though. The only other minor issue, which may not be fixable was that there were five super king rooms but only 4 designated spaces for these rooms which meant we were often parking a bit further away. Not the end of the world, but if an extra park could be added and numbers added for the rooms I think it would make it more pleasant. Overall we had an amazing stay and the critiques are very minor. The staff were fantastic and we would definitely stay again (for context we stayed in June 2023).

The room was lovely clean and tidy on arrival. All the staff were really pleasant and always said hello when passing through reception.Food & drinks: I had the beef Brisket with mash and Carrotts from the Jacobean Bar on site and it was absolutely lovely.
