Was a little quiet when we went in but the music is brilliant if you like Ska and Motown. People were dancing so we all joined in.The bar staff were jovial. They even offered another pint to a friend whose drink had been taken by them in error. We do always enjoy it but you need to time it

Fabulous place. Amazing old building, full of character. Great service, prices and atmosphere, lovely and clean. Superb staff. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be calling in again. Highly recommended.

What a great venue / pub for Mods, Soulies, and Rudies. Proper subculture decor and tunes to match. We, The 5:15's, played live here Sunday 16th April 2023 to a very receptive crowd who danced and cheered from the outset. Very friendly and welcoming venue. Highly enjoyed it, and I hope we get asked to play here again ????✊?

Pub needs to go back to like in early 90's with proper music (rock), having bands on too!!! Plus a better selection of gluten free beers on tap, not bottles, like in Castleford pubs?
