Food was digusting, ordered chicken tikka masalas which the rice was crispy and burnt, my mums rice was all stuck together, my daughter loves pasta and we got her pasta put one piece in her mouth and spat it out and said yuck! The staff are very rude and just not helpful was very abrupt with an older lady in front of me not a nice place to eat at all

Appauling service today. One young lady on the till did try to help and was lovely but the two ladies behind the food counter were obviously not happy to be in work today. They adopted an attitude of "if i dont look at you, your not there" i appreciate there can be times when people are busy (one table occupied with two people at this time) but an acknowledgement, "i will be with you in a minute" perhaps should be incorporated into their training. Needless to say we did not eat here today and would be reluctant to do so on any other occasion. We can all have a bad day but courtesy and politeness costs nothing.

More atmosphere at a game of chess , I got a £1 kids breakfast and let's just say I can tell why it's a pound , I couldn't bite through the bacon , egg was cold and rock solid , and there was more flies than people there

Visited here yesterday and when we sat down to eat there was an infestation of flies. I've never seen so many flies in once place. We were then told by staff members to sit elsewhere if the flies were bothering us. There was no where else to sit. We should be able to eat in a cafe without flies. Put me right off My food. Couldn't get out of there quick enough.

Visited here yesterday for a breakfast, we ordered a full breakfast after waiting for 10/15 minutes for our order to be taken, but then got an all day breakfast. When we asked about what we ordered the older lady had a really a really bad attitude, she asked if we wanted to change it but with the way that she spoke it would have been an issue. The staff behind the counter were very stressed and from observation the older lady was the problem with her attitude towards the others too. Totally unorganised chaos. One made in front of us only wanted a hot drink and that took 10 mins to get then another 5 mins to pay for it.Dietary restrictions: When complaining we were offered 2 hash browns on top of chips that we hadn’t ordered

Kid-friendliness: I come here regularly with my daughter and we always order the same thing. My daughter loves it. The staff are super helpful carrying my tray to the table and helping with the highchair. They are always so clean and always greet you with a smile. Thank you for all your help.

I called in to try out the roll, soup and unlimited coffee deal for over 60's and was politely served. The soup and the coffee tasted fine. What a bargain....no complaints at all.

Worst pie we’ve ever had. Full of fat and completely tasteless, aside from the bit of the bottom of the oven that stuck to the bottom of the pie, which tasted like charcoal. Peas were grey/green and soft. Chips were greasy and soggy. For £7 odd we felt cheated.

Nice to sit with a coffee and a position of chips and talk. Plenty of seating and good service.
