Past few visits have slowly declined. After having arrived home with 3 breakfast deals all drinks were wrong and a steak bake turned out to be a veg bake. Rang to complain and told should have checked before I left the shop!!!! Staff usually pleasant but on this occasion she was rude and almost like she didn't want to be there.

The slowest service in Greg's history. Not just one visit. But every damned time you can queue for 5 to 10 minutes whilst they serve the 2 people in front of you. Absolutely terrible staff management with not enough people behind the counter. Lots of times people queueing turn around and go somewhere else due to the slow service. Management change needed.

Takes a while to get served. Excessive covid measures in my opinion, people often start queuing out the door as the floor markings are a little confusing. Food wise; what can i say? It’s Greggs. Would love the pasties to stay hotter longer but hey.

Had been let down on this day went to go get my normal breakfast baguette but store shutter was half down was told to wait 10 mins by staff waited for 10 minutes then they came apologised and said they won't be opening till 9am (normally 8am) I been working TTN and was wanting quick breakfast pick me up then home so tired and not wanting to wait around I left next day I tried again this time tills was down and was only taking Cash
Had to wait an age due to 1 person serving a queue going out of door. Ridiculous at a busy time. 8am. Will avoid in future and use one at stanningly. 🙈😂
