Thought I would treat myself to some fast food today, the food at mcdonalds I've always like but what stood out today the most is when I was greeted by Debbie, asked me what I'd like yo order but also asked how my day was and engaged in a conversation with me whilst I waited for my food. Customer service second to none. Walked out of mcdonalds feeling more positive and happy about my day, many thanks yo Debbie and the team at this branch

The worse McDonald’s I have been the staff were so slack was not listening to what I said , brought the wrong food out 3 times , should of just got a refund and left , did even opoligise, disgusting service

Get a take out, get all the way home for the order to be messed up. Come back, female manager offers no apology and is completely arrogant and talks down to you! Incredibly it was the young member of staff that was lovely and offered the apology.

Standard McDonald's, with reasonably quick service and good tasting food.The area where you order and then wait to collect your food is very cramped, if it's busy I can imagine it may be hard to get to the counter and pick up your food.The toilet was out of order when I visited..

I visited this branch both today and last Sunday, and unfortunately, the experience was exceptionally poor. Last Sunday, despite ordering food, I had to wait 15 minutes without receiving it. The cold weather only worsened the situation, resulting in unappetizing and hastily consumed food.Today, upon revisiting, a female staff member rudely denied entry, citing a lack of chicken. I believe a more polite approach would have been appropriate; perhaps a notice could inform customers rather than such abrupt rejection.The restaurant was notably disorderly today, with a 10-minute wait for my food, mirroring the previous Sunday's experience. It's disheartening to see a large franchise providing subpar service.Kid-friendliness: Poor
