A small but perfectly formed restaurant. Due to its size its a very personal experience, the lady who took our order then went to the kitchen to work some magic. We had 6 different dishes and everyone really enjoyed theirs. I will be going back. They don't have an alcohol licence so take your own.

A great spot for some good food that comes with lovely service. Came with a party of three on a Wednesday evening. The food was cooked fresh and spice levels were catered for from spicy to mild. Will definitely come back ☺️Vegetarian options: Lots of tofu and vegetable options

Food is fresh and delicious. Service outstanding. A hidden little gem for lovers of Thai cuisine.

Delicious food, served by a wonderful friendly and welcoming owner in a home-style restaurant. The atmosphere is simple and authentic. The owner was very helpful with choosing from the menu. This was our 2nd visit and we will return. Definitely recommend this little gem.

I have dined here many times and have to say , the food and service is excellent and one of the tastiest viet/thai curries i have tasted anywhere and i have visited thailand a few times. The restaurant is small but veryfriendley and the chef will tailor the any dish you require to your tatse, very accomadating and friendly. Give it a try you will not be disappointed

I ordered Duck in Black bean sauce, fried rice and Pad Choi. The food was served quickly and was ample and delicious . I have dined at this restaurant many times over recent years and have tried several other dishes here and never been disappointed . The food is always excellent as is the service . Huong and staff always look after their customers well. Bringing your own wine is also a big plus . I've dined with several friends here and they have all enjoyed the experience. In short I can highly recommend this restaurant

We’re always trying to find those hidden away, almost secret, independent places to eat and this looked like it could be one. Tucked away, only 20 covers, no licence, Vietnamese owners, etc, etc. Sadly, it was not to be. Insipid, uninspired, tired food. Even the prawn crackers were going soft. Vegetables were fresh, but loads of beansprouts in every dish. Presumably because they’re v.cheap and add bulk. Meat had been warmed through way too many times. Flavours, such as they were, tasted very much like off the shelf spice mixes. Would love to have made a “discovery”, but sadly not.

My kinda restaurant! First visit. Booked via text. Warm welcome from Huong, and good service throughout. Nice decor etc, music not too loud, nice chilled low-key atmosphere. BYOB and they were great at providing different glasses for our wine/beer/etc. Food was ace. We had a bit of nearly everything - Squid, prawns, catfish, duck, lamb, pork, beef, chicken - all sensational. Will def be back, and prob very soon!!!!Parking: Parked right outside the door on the street.

Friendly staff but the food was not good. Having eaten at lots of Vietnamese and Thai restaurants in London and South East Asia we found this to be the worst we have been to, Beef Pho main was the smallest portion we’ve ever seen and did not taste authentic. Pad Thai noodles were very tomatoey, almost like they were mixed with ketchup or sweet and sour sauce, plenty of prawns but lack of authentic flavour or any vegetable or herb garnish. We asked for chilli flakes but they didn’t have any which was a surprise as we have always have had chilli flake garnish on Pad Thai. Chiang Mai noodles were mushy and the curry not pleasant. The rice we ordered for our daughter tasted old, like it had been cooked in steamer a few hours ago, we visited at 6pm on a Saturday. Edible but not worth a visit in our opinion.

Lovely food and very friendly staff. This is a nice, small place for a casual meal. Good quality and well priced. BYOB (there’s an off licence a few mins walk away).

Another fantastic meal at this Farsley gem. A small, authentic family run restaurant like so many we've loved on our travels, with the added bonus of being BYOB. Houng & Minh can't do enough to make you feel welcome, or to adjust your food to taste, even if you like a little too much spice for your own good!
