I ordered a takeaway capuccino with caramel, got in the car and drove away, after a few minutes I realized that there was something wrong with this coffee, I tried again, looked inside and it turned out to be milk with water and chocolate sprinkles. I turned the car around and asked for a second coffee but unfortunately I didn't get it, the lady from the service decided that I had drunk too much so apparently the "coffee" was good. I did not expect such impudence. I will avoid the place from a distance, and it was enough for the barista to admit that there was a mistake and offer a second coffee. I realized that it's more profitable to lose a customer than another coffee.

A good Costa, the drinks are really nice having a Costa card is handy, however the toilets are often unclean and they don’t do gluten free food which is a shameDietary restrictions: Don’t have gluten free options

Just very very slow, if there is a qué of three people it's about a 20min wait. Qué up a bunch times just easier going to Gregg's.

I came in at 5.30 to get a hot drinks but they employee said its closed for the day but it said online it's open till 6
