Bought a party bucket meal with extras! Corn and large gravy missing! It all came cold and soggy! The bucket was supposed to have 14 peiece we got 13, 9 of them were drumsticks which is utterly ridiculous when I requested to not put too many legs in! Tried to ring the shop but no answer! Hot wings were stone cold!Everything was thrown in the bag! Never will order from here again! The whole thing was disgusting totally disappointed as it cost us £60

Chicken was overcooked, dry inside, tough outside, fries have been soggy, bit undercooked and cold. Didn't even bother to add sachet of salt, so had saltless fries experience. When passing me my Pepsi guy knocked the cup, bit of it spoiled. He just put the lid back on top, it was wet, gave me + extra 10 tissues and that's it. Aaa and also I ve seen they had plenty of food already precooked, no wonder why everything taste like paper if food is cooked in advance and then sits and waits for another unaware victim. And worst of all, this is not my first time when I am totaly disappointed after eating there. From time to time I try them, but it stays the same. 3 out of 10 times its as kfc should be. Rest of times it's not worth it!

I'll never get over how hard the staff in these places make a simple job seem.. cold food, incorrect items, barely a drop of sauce on the mini fillet burger and not much more than 10 chips in a portion.. absolute bunch of helmets..

I placed a order on the 14th for two twister wraps plus a bottle of pepsi and got someones order instead. So i called kfc what can you do for me? Because I have worked in customer before and mistakes happen. I spoke to a nice guy called Anik who said when you place your next order give us a call and I'll make sure somone will add in the wraps and drink in your next order. I have placed a order today and called kfc 10 times. But its just rang or just been picked up and put down. So i thought okay whatever, but I've just opened the 20 wings I've ordered and i only got 16. I just feel let down.

We had to return food because it was delivered from this store and not a Halal one. The manager, Lawrence, was very helpful and did his best to fix the problem.

We always go here for a KFC because it seems to be kept much cleaner than other KFC's in the area where I live. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Food disgusting. Drive through, 5 minutes to get home and the food was clap cold. Not even luke warm. Ordered large. We received large drinks and that’s about it. Chicken very pink. Burgers burnt. Beans cold. I ask for gravy, received beans. Only pleasant thing of the whole experience was the polite lady working on the drive through. AVOID!!! Waste of £30 for 3 meals!!!

I was pleasantly surprised, the first time my stomach didn't hurt . The best chicken I've ever eaten at KFC. I probably caught it fresh, although this time the fries weren't as amazing and thick as usual, even though it was raining outside, the restaurant was empty, I was the only one sitting there and eating . It's been a long time since I ate anything that didn't make me feel sick right away.
No coffee one week, next week no tea or coffee, makes me wonder if closing down. Extremely rude and annoying manager, that was shouting at staff full voice and constantly, this was last month. It certainly didnt give a relaxing place to eat.

Asked for the double chicken bucket had no popcorn in then found I had got 7 chicken legs in stead of a selection when back in they said that's all they. The chicken was greasy behind question and was past its saleable the kfc quantity control period. Plus there was no fresh chicken even down frying when we asked for fresh. They said it would take 15mins to fry to serve which is wrong it takes 15mins to cook then it should sit for another at least

Lovely meal but the service is slow for a fast food establishment. Three lots of people walked out while I was waiting for my order as they would not wait any longer to get service. It is very clean and tidy and the food tasted very nice.Had another enjoyable meal today. Fast service despite being very busy.

Always leave this place saying I’ll never go back and somehow I have that hope that it could get better. It never does. Always poor food prep - food looks flat and tired every time. Always something missing. Currently sat at the drive in waiting for 5 mins to have my order taken. Absolute shambles.
