Appalling members of staff. Jan 7th 11.30pm who ever was the male member of staff was , I have extended my complaints .Never been spoken to by someone in customer service like this before.

APPALLING STAFF who ever worked January 7th towards midnight needs the sack. I am absolutely appalled how I have been spoken to , pretended to be the manager by putting on a fake accent on the phone to me , then called me a ‘nightmare’ when asked to speak to someone else. I have taken action to go to all social media platforms and email the restaurant to get the name of this individual that seems hell bent on not providing one. Never been spoken to by anyone in customer service like I have by this individual . APPALLING.

Gone down hill, the portions seem to have gotten smaller but the prices go up..and really unhappy about all the price rises in the last 6 months, coffee was 99p and gone up now 10p every 6 weeks to 1.39 for a reg and they seem to have trouble just getting the simplest of orders right! It's a simple easy white coffee, how the hell does that come black or with caramel ??

I was a little irked that the app wasn't accepting the happy meal order because we wanted cucumber on the burger, but the lady on duty was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. Not only did she complete the order at the till, so I didn't have to leave my little boy, she found the specific toy he wanted.

What terrible experience I will never use this McDonald's again poor customer care at drive through no explanation of items not for sale just get that .I last bought on line from the same place and paid quite a bit for the food I wanted. Went there asking for the same No haven't got that have this insteadAttitude. SO IF YOU HAVE ANY THOUGHT ON THIS PLACE DONT BE DISSAPOINTED BECAUSE YOU WILL

Poor quality control, poor sanitation it’s a McDonald’s it’s never gonna be A* clean but debris on (what I could see of) the prep benches, food not prepared correctly my wrap was not… wrapped. Previous online orders come +1 hour late and cold with missing items and never working drinks machines, save you self the effort and drive 10 mins into Bradford centre and go there as you will get you food provided to you in a higher standard and faster total time

After visiting other McDonald's in the area and seeing the reviews of this one I have to say I was pleasantly surprised . Service was quick the food was lovely.Tray included everything except a straw which Caroline was super helpful to get for us and we saw her with nothing but a smile on her face. I would not go to any other McDonald's in this area as this one is simply the best.

The service from the staff was terrible. The food took a long time to be prepared, at least it was freshly cooked but the staff were miserable, I chose to eat in my car instead of the restaurant.
