Was fab when it first opened. Covid hit and the cafe shut, which seemingly had a knock-on effect to the remainder of the store. Panels damaged and neglected, empty shelves/racks or excessive amounts of one item to fill the void. Has a warehouse outlet feel to it now. Staff leave stock laying around for customers to negotiate it.

Like being in a charity jumble shop. Poor experience. I'm not sure who they are catering for as this is not the place to be seen at all. Staff are indifferent to customers. Tannoy kept repeatedly mentioning that the place was award winning! What are they talking about? Avoid.
