Enjoyed OAP lunch today, both me and my wife were very satisfied with the main/pudding for a reasonable price, we both said we will return. Service and staff were excellent.

Amazing food, brilliant price! Such a homely vibe with staff that were so lovely & polite to everyone who can in. FOOD - Highly recommend the breakfast but to be fair you can have anything on the menu at any time of the day, all looks decent. I had sausage beans and homemade chips and husband had large breakfast. Top portion sizes!! Chips were proper hand cut chunky chips! Fries are available but I’m glad I got the chips. Thank you Sarah, Aiden and rest of staff. A worthy Wakefield eatery, highly recommended. We will use again without hesitation when next the area. NB: I’m a right fusspot when it comes to food but menus great. Husband is never one to say if he thinks something is rubbish either…Cafe 19 left us feeling full, content and ready for the day. ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT - is that it’s not in our own home town.

This cafe is really lovely the food is really nice and the seating is nice outdoors its worth the money the staff have customer service are really nice and polite its clean and tidy the cafe is very welcoming and feels homely

After finding this cafe i never eat anywere else when i come into town. Food is always amazing and frendly relaxed atmosphere along with lovely staff

Ordered a vegetarian sausage sandwich and it came not cooked inside and was raw.I took the sandwich back to Sarah the owner,she said I can guarantee it is 100% cooked and we don't put it in the deep fat fryer as customers say it drys them out.She did offer to make me another but as it came raw by microwave or dryed out by deep fat frying I didn't feel I had any option but attempt to eat it!!.I tried but I just couldn't face it so took it back again and said I can't eat it.I told her they shouldn't be microwaved as it was Linda Markey sausage and it dosnt say to microwave.Sarah wouldn't have none of it as was terrible in the way she dealt with my complaint.She was nasty and said was I telling her how to cook! Which I wasn't.I just wanted it cooked properly.She then said well Witherspoon microwave there sausage.I said they may do but pre cooked then frozen and microwaved.She said she had a special supplier of the sausage and I know 100% it was Linda McCartney as I have been vegetarian for 25 years and I have had them alot and know how to cook them.You really let yourself down today Sarah in the way you handled my complaint.The meals my friends had were also poor.With frozen veg which was hard which my friend left as she dare not complain as you had been nasty to myself.so my other friend ordered quiche and got what looked like a tiny omelette with fish on!!.The knife was dirty.But again they dare not say anything because you had been so horrible to me and really upset me.I was shaking and was crying when I went out.It was your mistake and you handled it badly.It goes without saying we will never ever come back here.Disgraceful

Tried this on just eat as it was one of the only places open and delivering. Wow, what a pleasant surprise. The food was amazing, huge portions, well packaged and still hot. Can’t wait to order again and will definitely be going to dine in :)

Breakfast as a treat. Overall a good attempt at a full breakfast. Unfortunately let down but microwaved sausages that were excruciatingly hot inside , I have never experienced that cooking style and hope not to in the future. Also the mushrooms were cold , I would have mentioned that if asked at time but the staff were busy. Such a pity that two basic errors let down what would have been an acceptable breakfast.
Excellent friendly small family run cafe. Always have a main & desert when visiting. My favourite is steak pie full of tender steak pieces love the homemade cheesecakes and Jaffa cake, never been disappointed.

Had afternoon tea delivered this afternoon for my birthday, it was the first time we had tried it and it was gorgeous! Absolutely stuffed but it was all so tasty and fresh we enjoyed every bit and saved some for tomorrow! Many thanks

Just had a delivery in the main the food was ok but put on special requests these were not done and the children meat pie was in inedible with to much fat and grisly the pie crust was so soggy and the home made chips tasted really bad and burnt
