Love this place, there's no place better I've eaten. The one and only reason I have give four stars is the last 3 times I've being I was offered everything but the halloumi cheese which is beautiful from here. other than that WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had never been to this establishment before nor any other brand with a similar business model. Upon arrival we were seated in good time and the restaurant was around 10% full. Our initial drinks order took around 10 minutes to take and deliver to the table. We were asked about allergens which was good from a due diligence point of view. The salad bar had a good variety to choose from and for me was the highlight of the food. However at almost £40 for a meal with one drink I do not feel the establishment represented value. I did eat until I was full but I could have done that anywhere for a lot less money. My expectations with the meat that was served were not met and obviously this is the whole point of the brand. Rump steak chewy and grissly but yeah its rump! 4/10 Fillet was ok but small portion and not brought often 7/10 Chicken was perhaps a little over cooked but tasty enough and I would prefer to less cooked 6/10 Sausage was ok too and red hot when served 7/10 Belly pork was tasty enough but served tepid and disappointing as it looked better than it tasted 6/10 Sirloin again was ok but chewy 6/10. Overall the meal fell into just ok category and even with 25% off as part of a promotion it failed to wow me. Nothing was worthy of complaining but nothing was I can't wait to go back either. I love the theatre of it and the surroundings were great but I went for a treat and left disappointed.

Lovely place. Every member of staff are so friendly and helpful. They will bring meat cooked to your liking. Nothing is too much trouble. Garlic mushrooms are as lovely as ever ?

We usually go to Estabulo in Leeds but decided to try the one in Wakefield for a change and we are so glad that we did. It's much lighter and brighter and the decor is less dated. The service was great and the food as usual was excellent.
