Not happy at all. Driver messed up order after few mins called and we have to give some drink. Also no salads on doner kebab but I have requested salads. Fries where cold and hard. Sorry but won't be ordering more from them. Took more than hr to be delivered.

It is a shame that we will no longer be bringing our custom to Freddie’s. We have been long term, loyal customers of this store. We cancelled our order with 45 mins to spare before delivery time and promptly received a very rude call from (allegedly) the manager threatening to block us from ordering if we cancel again as he had sent the driver out. (Why a driver would need 45 mins to drive 3 miles is beyond me. But ok)Sadly, we will no longer be bringing our custom here due to this despite Freddys practically being tradition in our household.Disappointing really.

Abit greasy buns are also not toasted so the burger and their texture just feels abit weird almost as if they just put everything in a cold bun.

Rang to order & asked for a certain time, they said ok. But then it came 30mins early so by the time the family came home it was cold. I rang & said i was upset & not going order from them again. He said ok, i,ll block your address & put phone down on me! Something like that. I had to pay the full amount though!

Ignore all the negative comments. Iv never had a problem with Freddie’s. It’s as good as KFC if not better and cheaper and they have never got an order

First tried Freddys back in 2009 - Still the same great taste it’s your standard burger but done really well. Supreme burger with hash-brown. Sauces are nice too - garlic, chillie and bbq ✅
