Didn't go in, haven't been to Greggs in years....
I come here often for a coffee. This time i was disgusted on how dirty and un clean it was. Three staff was behind the counter chatting, while the there was ketchup spilt with a wet floor sign over it. The floor was dirty as you can see in the video. Very disappointed customer
