The very opposite of fast food. Rarely have any baked goods ready to buy. If you can't pop in to quickly pick up a sausage roll or steak bake then what's the point.

Soggy, under cooked sausage roll ‎served by an un-smiling "Olivia" according to the receipt..."great" start to the morning! Looks like they need some training in cooking and customer service. "Gross - Everyday tastes bad". Greggs Customer Care Team were too busy to comment according to their auto reply and still no response a week later!
