Ordered a fillet burger box meal through drive through ,asked for a gravy with it, no gravy, when i got it my chicken was missing, went back through staff member said sorry no chicken left!! Should of said when i was ordering!! Not been in a while wont be again prices are shocking!!

Place was a bit well a lot dirty tables an chairs they wasn't busy so someone could of come out to.clean as bins were over flowing friends chicken was a tad grey a weird

Average food hit and miss if its warm or not and the restaurant mustn't have heating as its always freezing when we visit.

Ordered on the kiosk , no receipt received .. had to check 3 times at the counter,,,had wait more-than 20 mins .. to get the meal .. no ketchup or tissues provided ,, or available to collect..

Called in at the KFC Cathedral retail park Wakefield for a late lunch today. There were no customers in the restaurant at the time. The staff were very slow to respond to our presence but eventually a young man asked what we wanted. The person talking the order seemed quite surly and certainly not pleasant or welcoming. He said that they didn’t have any crushems (which isn’t unusual at this establishment) but they didn’t have any barbecue sauce either. Not a pleasant experience and we won’t be visiting this KFC again

staff rude ignored me when stood waiting to put my order through, when asked if anyone was serving young girl gave me a look walked away, when she came back the other girl sked what they said where she replied i have to serve her. Sorry for the inconvenience that she had to do her job . The tables was filthy toilets dirty not good hygiene for a food place. would have just walked out but grandson was starving and mum needed to rest wont be going there again not very good customer service at all.

I worked at KFC in the Middle East in Lebanon. I thought the food was excellent, but here I had dinner several times and it was not at the usual level. I wish you more success.

Food is never very good these days. Not like it used to be. Staff are miserable and speak to you like it's chore. Plus, the price has gotten ridiculous.
You can get fried chicken here. Too many menu options, including some not on display. I get confused ordering here.

I like kfc but I think it definitely needs an upgrade. My opinion is that when it gets very busy the food tastes disgusting which they need to control.

I ordered yesterday a Trilogy Box Meal and 1 x sweet chilli dipped bites. I came home to find out that 1 x Sweet chilli dipped bites are missing. I went back and asked for them, and the cashier/girl who gives orders out told me, "Sorry, we can't do that." Didn't even bother to listen to me or ask anything. It's not about the 2.79£, it's about customer service which you failed to deliver...
