Sad to say I'm not happy with LNER my husband made a booking requesting passenger assistance as I use a wheelchair. He got an email saying that they had cancelled our assistance. When he asked why they sent a short email saying my wheelchair is not suitable. This is despite us using their service in the past with the same wheelchair. I don't understand the attitude they were displaying. And I certainly wouldn't recommend disabled passengers to travel with them.
