Complete clown show. We've lived nearby for 9 years and used this place countless times. And almost every time we ask ourselves why we keep using it. Can't honestly remember the last time there wasn't an issue with an order or a visit. Drive Thru waiting times can be horrendous at busy times. We refuse to order delivery from this place anymore because there is always an issue. Whether thats horrendous waiting time or missing/wrong items. And getting a refund or reporting an issue thru the McDonalds app is impossible. The restaurant inside is invariably too busy and dirty. The safest option is to park in one of the click and collect bays and order thru the app. At least you're there if there is an issue that needs sorting but even then most of the time there is an issue with items being unavailable. Needs someone who has a clue to whip this place into some reasonable shape because it's been terrible for as long as i can remember.

Terrible… missed my Big Mac, Coke was flat and all food cold. Also the medium fries were more of an extra small size. I was left with no meal and had to watch everyone else eat their food. Also was late by 35 mins l. Rang to complain and Kim was very dismissive and didn’t seem to be bothered to help. She said it’s not their responsibility to rectify missing items yet it was McDonald’s member of staff who can’t pack simple orders. Terrible!!!

Much like any other standard McDonald's but a notch cleaner than others. Now that's a bonus for any McDonald's. Would recommend stopping here if you're shopping nearby.Parking: Although free parking is available, it is not plentiful so can be busier on the car park than the actual McDonald's inside.
