Embarrassing! The staff here just don’t care. Quarter pounder meal, cold stale fries with no salt, cold stale burger in a very small bun, went straight in the bin. coffee was ok but no monopoly stickers on it. Food gets worse with each visit. Gonna use Burger King from now on, costs a little more but at least you can call it food

ordered some food £36 it cost, got 2 complete different burgers to what meals we ordered and on top of that fries were missing. Waited over an hour for this, don’t recommend it it’s a right joke.

The place is always absolutely filthy, especially during the night and on a morning. As you wait for your order the staff are constantly stepping over piles of rubbish in the kitchen. The toilets are disgusting and a health hazzard. The tables both inside and outside are always covered with rubbish, food, sauce and the bins overflowing. I sat and had breakfast while watching the birds and the rats outside fighting over the food under the tables (food that they stopped serving hours ago, burgers, chips as they were now well into the breakfast menu). The food is often cold when served and the breakfast mcmuffin i had looked like had been thrown around the kitchen as they put it together. See below, table outside, they were all like this and worse both inside and out. The tables looked like they hadn't been wiped ever, the bins were overflowing, the condiments counter was all over the place. This place needs a visit from the Environmental Health, and a cleaning order placing on it.

Last 2 deliveries have been missing items. 1st time it was just the drinks, most recent delivery was missing the mcplant burger from the mcplant meal, as a vegetarian I'm unable to share any of the other food and no one is answering the phone to try and get the burger delivered

It was late at night and the restaurant was on a remote retail park so had few customers hence no atmosphere. The kitchen staff served food that wasn't good and in particular the chips were soggy.

My experience here is that the manager's need to up their game to motivate their staff and run this restaurant better. Service was slow, 15 minutes for 2 McMuffins and coffees; almost as long a wait for Double Big Macs but with a 10-minute wait just for someone to take payment on my online order as no one was taking ownership at the counter to interact with customers waiting or with queries. Zero pride taken in stacking either muffins or burgers with most of the contents thrown in without any care... If you're going to take that long to serve fast food, it should at least look good. I didn't see any staff smile, hardly interact with eachother, need to build some more team spirit here because I didn't see any of that. On the plus side, food was tasty and served hot enough, restaurant was clean and functional.

We ate in here this time as every time we order for delivery things are missing or it's cold and soggy. The chips seem to be going really downhill, although they were warm for once they were still brown and scabby.. Everything else was nice though for a change and everything I ordered came to my table. Dips and all. So why are they not sent on my delivery orders?? (It's not this one where my delivery orders come from as it won't let me select this one, although I would if i could). The amount of times I write in the comments to PLEASE PUT IN MY DIPS. For it to go completely ignored.. I mean I order dips because I enjoy my meal more with them so when they don't come and I've no sweet and sour for my nugs that's my tea ruined! The bloke who brought my tray to me was very nice though can't fault him. It was quite busy though, so a bit cramped in the doorway when trying to order food on them machines, and also trying to leave the building once we had finished.
