Ordered a double chicken wrap and got given a single, was smaller than an Asda Meal Deal Wrap which says it all. Had a waiter try and accuse me of tampering with it when it’d literally just been brought to me, the plate and food was untouched.. took it back and brought me a new wrap with arrogance and aggression. Was the most painful few bites of food i’ve ever had, I always order medium and it’s completely fine… yet suddenly I recieved this back and it blew my mouth off I had to go the toilet and be sick! Chugged fluids down to cool my mouth down. Returned the wrap for a 3rd time at which I was outraged. The cutlery was still used and filthy so definitely not washed properly. Feel scammed at the fact i’ve just been served that and paid for it, giving it a 0/5 stars is a compliment as it was beyond awful. Never ever again.

Not the best experience! After ordering, our starters did not arrive. When the main meals finally came, half the food arrived whilst we had to wait 45 minutes for the rest. On arrival sides were missing and we had to ask multiple times for them to be brought to us. My friend found hair in her food and when we alerted the waiter nothing was done about it. The drinks machine provided cloudy water and flat Coca Cola. Overall the food and service wasn’t good!! I wouldn’t rush back to the Wakefield Nando’s again.

Went for lunch today and the restaurant was filthy. I wish we had left as the food wasn't great either. Dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty cutlery I certainly eint be returning here!!!!!!

Where shall I start, called in nandos for a bit of tea, ordered the food and sat back down, we then noticed the lady manager cooking food in her normal clothes, the other cook was filthy and kept wiping his hands down his sides and his apron. The staff who were cleaning tables just wiped the left over food onto the floor so there was chips and rice and bits of crap under your table. The seats were ripped and the walls were filthy. The food came my wife got a sunset burger which she said was fine. I got half a chicken so over cooked you couldn't put the knife through it. Think the chicken was pre cooked and then shoved under the lights. The chicken was replaced but the next one wasn't much better.. Filthy walls, filthy floors, filthy staff, what more do you want

Half 7 on Friday, 2 empty tables. They made us wait 30 mins. As they were too busy with Deliveroo orders rather than looking after the people who want to sit in. After sitting down tried to order food and they didn’t have any chicken ready. Nando’s only makes chicken ! So they said they’re a 45 min wait for our food. It took around 40 mins for it to come without an apology. Just to top it off wife’s side salad had a nice piece of the plastic it comes in on the tomato. Atmosphere terrible, staff moody. Food average. Service 0. I think this was the last time we would go to Nando’s.
It was great but you could taste the chicken was prepared earlier and it was grilled later!

We adore Nandos and this nandos is a hidden gem it really is. The staff are always friendly. However be warned... Ask to sit away from the door. The breeze is terriblly cold. Needs another draft door infront. The restaurant is small and popular and you can't book a table. So sometimes we've gone to risk a visit and couldn't get a table. It's the smallest nandos I've been too. But the food is as always, fantastic, hot, fresh and scrumptious! Also great vegetarian options here!Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options full of colour and variety, not the usual veggie dishes.Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly! Colouring available!Parking: In the middle of a large retail park, great accessibility.

Quickly seated, app worked fast and the drinks came straight over. Food was done quick and was fresh and hot. Staff friendly, jumped on a till to take our dessert order. Delivered fast and was super yummy.
