My 2 sisters and niece only manage to all get together a few times a year, and we always chose The Red Kite, Wakefield to meet for lunch
It's a really welcoming abe comfortable place with great food great prices and fantastic staff who are always friendly and very helpful, nothing ever too much trouble.
Cath looked after us today and, taking nothing away from her colleagues as they are all great, but Cath really was fab..

Vegetarian options: Plenty of choice for non meat eaters.

First time visiting.. Lovely pub inside and out!.. Very friendly relaxed atmosphere, Staff are helpful and nothing seems like too much trouble.. Food is excellent quality!.. I only gave 4 stars as I thought £83 for 2 meals with one drink each that weren't even alcoholic was a bit pricey!.. Don't get me wrong the quality of everything was 100% and I don't mind paying for said quality either.. But it is still a bit pricey for portion size
