Great service today from the team when they were very busy, especially Jamie who was making 1000 drinks and still managing to check in with me whilst I was

Girls stood around gossiping rather than serving 1 person. No interest in servicing customers, making assumptions on orders instead of asking.Latte milk completely over-steamed and served scolding hot.No care or service offered and no supervison to ensure any service level is achieved. ?♂️Kid-friendliness: None.

Quiet, but that's what we wanted for a meeting.Very clean and nice coffee ☕️

Good in-shop experience. However, was charged £60 'fee' for staying just over two hours in carpark. Sure, there were warning signs, but when you're busy & engaged in interesting conversation, you don't always keep careful track. Will not be visiting this Starbucks againParking: Obligatory fee of £60 for visiting over two hours. We had two coffee's & a light lunch. Won't be visiting this Starbucks again

Days it’s open on the app and online but closed when we got there. What’s the point.

Get up to speed!!!!! I've lost count of the number of Starbucks you can take your dog in. Not this one, get a grip and get in the real world, come on do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!Parking: No comment

Coffee was OK. The venue is pretty standard but made for a better stop than a motorway services.Pleasant staff who were friendly and cheerful. I would happily call again.
Met some friends for coffee, had a couple of drinks and cake, got a £100 parking fine for staying over two hours! Absolute joke. Contacted Starbucks for help, they couldn’t be any less interested. Needless to say, won’t be going again, will go to pub down road, cheaper and you don’t get fined for outstaying your welcome!

Made a drive out of our way as we fancied a coffee..... OH dear. This Stabucks is not dog friendly! Now I must say the staff was superb, so very apologetic about the no dogs at this particular establishment, and the fact it might be one of a few. If he could, he would have allowed us to stay. So a short drive away 15 min at Dearn vally Parkway Starbucks, You are made a fuss of and your furbabby. Water and dog treats out. So a mist if you have a dog.

I met my cousin at this Starbucks last Friday. We had 5 drinks and a couple of sandwiches. Today i was sent a £100 parking fine...for being there over 2 hours. RIDICULOUS

We were served by Shan I believe her name is. Her customer service was impeccable and drinks lovely as always! What a lovely person to be served by.
