Staff are lovely but the coffee bar is filthy. The benches are full of food bits that have obviously been there for quite a while. Also cobwebs on the decorative shelving. Put me right off. Could do with a deep clean or

I recently visited this Starbucks location and had an outstanding experience. It's easily one of the best I've been to. The staff here are exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall visit. What impressed me the most is that my orders are consistently accurate – a detail that can sometimes be overlooked but greatly contributes to customer satisfaction.The cleanliness and tidiness of the establishment are notable, adding to the positive ambiance. It's refreshing to step into a coffee shop that is well-maintained. And, of course, the coffee itself is fantastic. The taste is consistently great, ensuring that each cup is a satisfying indulgence. Overall, a five-star experience that keeps me coming back.

I work at the Three store around the corner and I get myself a coffee from here every day.This morning was no different other than what seemed to be a broken machine! This is a really nice branch of Starbucks, with helpful, friendly staff, bright, clean premises plus the usual delightful drinks, cakes etc.! We both had hot choc - my husband had the hazelnut one and was very impressed.

Was there recently. I was behind this couple who were taking ages at the counter. When it was finally my turn I was told the wait will be long like 20 mins because the two in front of me ordered over TWENTY DRINKS!I just left feeling quite annoyed. It's a disgusting way to treat customers some of which like me that have limited time. There should be a limit on how much you can order at one time. So selfish and inconsiderate of those people to order that much. Most of which for people who weren't even there.
Popped in during a break in my Charity Appearance (as Batman) to order a Beverage.The Barista at the till was great (see Photo for the name on my cup - without asking), the chap that made my Drink was relatively efficient in getting my Drink to me and it was a good experience.

I haven't visited Starbucks for many a year. Another disaster from Google. I don't like Starbuck's coffee, the milk always used to taste burnt. Google needs to be more accurate and not ask for reviews when you happen to walk past a business.

I absolutely love this Starbucks, I visit daily and Martin especially always makes my day! Remembers your name what your preferences are and nothing seems too much trouble for him. If he is the manager, he is leading by example as the whole team are so friendly. You lot are doing a great job. Thanks for making my mornings!
