A traditional old boozer which regrettably has its lease up for sale. 6 cask ales on including the fantastic Oakham Citra which appears to be a regular. Gents toilets down some steep steps in the cellar. Great view of the cathedral from the back door.

Great quaint little pub ??

Lovely old fashioned and welcoming pub. Met a mate there, travelling through in different directions, neither of us from Wakefield, and happened to find this. Good selection of beers with welcoming atmosphere.
