she was not talking highly of co workers and huffed and puffed about the fact she brought more food out to our table. Rude !!!!

I live locally and shop at Morrisons and Wetherby patronising local shops all the time . Yesterday I came home to a letter from the owners of the car park at Morrisons and a fine for £155 pounds ! how these charges are legal is beyond me ! It is by far unproportionate ! But the fact I was not even given fullly conclusive evidence I was actually parked as both photos supplied I was driving !! Apparently I was 46 mins over - but both photos driving !? However I know I was there that day shopping in both Morrisons and town and cannot deny I maybe was or wasn’t over but offered to pay the initial first fee that was apparently sent to me but returned ( this would be as I don’t live there anymore ) furthermore DVLA traced my new address again at a charge to the company albeit all my doucument and insurance and licence are all registered to my new address so how they sent it to my old is beyond me . Yet they point blank would not accept my offer to pay the first charge they apparently sent ! I think more needs to be done regarding these in proportionate charges and robbery ! Be warned don’t park here any longer than an hour take photos of your own car and time and don’t trust this car park . As I said I did park there but seriously cannot remember the time frame being that long and the photos are not fair proof as I was in car driving not parked albeit the camera they say is at that location . What has our world come to . I paid this fee as do not like being bullied and threatened with court fees but I am almost tempted to change my shopping elsewhere which is very sad for local support .

Called into the cafe at 5pm one evening. Virtually empty with only 3 or 4 tables in use. Ordered on line and sat down and waited.... and waited ..... and waited. 35 minutes in total we waited. When the food came one burger was like cardboard and was barely luke warm. The other 3 lasagna? Well, just tasteless, not very warm and really disappointing. £27 for this with no drinks. AWFUL, Sheer awful. If anyone starts a petition for a desperately needed Wetherspoons in Wetherby, count me in.

I ate here today with two colleagues and was made a show of and highly embarrassed. We paid 23 pound for 3 breakfasts and asked what coffee I wanted which I replied black. The manager came running over and said I took what I didn't pay for and coffee with milk was another 30p. She continues to shout at me in front of other customers and I said I would pay the extra. When I sat down she continued to talk loudly about me to staff and customers and finally said HOW DARE THEY. I work in criminal justice and I am visually impaired and never felt so degraded. My next business trip I'll go elsewhere.

My Wife and I were on holiday in Harrogate and we called at Wetherby on Wednesday 20th October, 2021. It was raining very hard and we were looking for somewhere to have a lunchtime snack. We parked on Morrison's car park and ran for cover from the heavy rain. We noticed that Morrison's had a cafe and decided to visit. The food was fairly limited but we enjoyed what we ordered. The staff were helpful with good service and could not fault the place. Enjoyed our visit.

We were delighted to be able to go inside the cafe but disappointed to find that the menu has been changed. There are none of our favourite meals on any more! No lasagne, no gammon, no sausage egg and beans, tomato soup or ordinary sandwiches, just baguettes. On top of this the prices have gone up. Coffee was £1.50 it is now £1.65! Come on Morrisons let's have the ordinary food back.

Me and my sister were having breakfast and we’re pointed at by a member of staff and told we were the cause of coronavirus spreading because we are young. I think this is is quite stereotypical and not applicable to all young people. Personally we felt singled out.

Had some breakfast on Tuesday in the cafe. The cafe was quiet which was unusual but that didn't stop us from enjoying our breakfast. Track and trace form to complete at entrance along with automatically operated sanitisation station. Tables are socially distanced which helps with customer confidence. Placed order at till as normal, and to my delight, 50% discount applied thanks to Eat out to help out scheme. Food came quickly, presented nicely and tasted very nice. Set me up for the day. Praise to all the staff who work hard to keep tables clean and tidy. We will be back again, for sure even after scheme finished. Thanks

Having had an excellent breakfast here before lockdown, we decided to go today for a Sunday breakfast. We sat outside and the Covid precautions seemed very good. My partner went to order and there were just 2 people in front of him so I was amazed when it took him over half an hour. It seemed the young man on the till could not take an order and get it right and had to input each one several times after checking with the customers what they had actually asked him for. My partner asked for a Big Breakfast but without the egg which he cannot eat. He was told that was not a possibility so ended up having to have a sausage sandwich with extra portion of tomato. When the meals arrived, he only had one half of a tomato whereas the extra portion on the menu specified 2 halves. This was pointed out to the young man who brought the plates (a different one to the one on the till) and he was asked if he could bring another half tomato out. His solution to this omission was to look at the half tomato on my Big Breakfast and ask me 'Well, do you want yours?' !!! WHAT??? After explaining in no uncertain terms that Yes I did want mine he disappeared back into the cafe. I started eating mine which was lukewarm but by this time we were losing the will to live so I just ate it. My partner ate half his sausage sandwich with the tomato and then waited to eat the other half when the missing tomato arrived. And waited. And waited. And finally gave up and ate it without the tomato he had paid for. The staff did not seem to have a clue about what was on the menu (there was also a point where the lad on the till said they didn't do Latte before selecting the button on the till that said L-A-T-T-E as an alternative??!! Neither did they have a clue about customer service with the young serving man just disappearing and never coming back either with the missing tomato half or to explain why he was not bringing it. Talk about a Comedy of Errors. My partner asked to speak to a Supervisor at the Customer Services Desk in the store but was told it was her day off so there was clearly nobody in charge in the cafe. He did finally manage to persuade them to refund the 75p but we will not be returning. Fortunately, we did see the funny side of the whole situation and can't remember when we have laughed so much at the solution suggested by the serving lad, the mix-ups at the till and the man on the mobility scooter trying to reverse out sending tables and chairs flying in all directions. Good all round entertainment - but not what we had gone there for.

The hot food is not good. It looks like it has been there for ever. Not recommended. It says that I have to write more about it!!! Nothing else to say other then go somewhere else to eat!!!

No complaints here. Pleasant friendly staff, fast service, clean warm premises. Good tea, excellent scrambled egg and bacon buttie.
