Well it’s been a year since I stopped at this Burger King where I had a really disappointing whopper experience, you’ll find it on here somewhere. I mean it was the worst whooper I’d ever had. Well I thought may be they have improved and the truth is they had, I would say they’ve gone from zero stars to 1 and that’s being good. At least the burger looked like it had been put together with minuscule of care. The patty though still micro thin to cook quickly, and still not hot. I mean this place still holds to me the worst whooper in the UK. Shame. I mean it didn’t even taste like a whooper burger should. Where is that beefy flame grill flavor? Guess it’s time to just use the independents now to get a quality burger. Bye bye Burger King two strikes and your off the enjoyable eating list.

Haven’t have a burger for a long time. It was late & a convenient place to stop was at the Moto.I was very surprised with the Chimichurri Burger and the fries with chimichurri sauce.It was an error on the bill and was sorted out immediately. Bacon breakfast roll was disgusting, was a microwaved lump of overpriced mush. Was already on the road or would have have returned. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Absolute rip off for the food and had the pleasure of watching the manager argue with another customer about the chicken being off and missing some food items. Let's just say he wasn't very professional in front of other customers. Won't bother again when up that way.

Excellent staff and very fast service. Usually I have to wait a little longer as I go for the vegan option but my order was ready in a few short minutes. A little on the pricey side though, almost £10 for a vegan chicken burger

Felt sorry for the young lad at the front was run of his feet .was waiting to place an order for 20 minutes not the lads fault but the girl who was in the shirt a manager or something seen me stood there was chatting to the guy at the back of the counter when she seen me she stood to the side so I couldn't see her ..burger King now wonder you have gone down hill

The worst BK food we've ever had. We had to park at the other end of the car park because it was so busy and so few double length spaces for our van. We didn't discover until we opened the bag that one of the burgers we'd paid for was missing. Didn't have time or energy in the heat to go back. The one burger we did have was like eating dry old cardboard, fries were tasteless and onion rings soggy. All at motorway rip off prices. We usually prefer BK to McDonalds but at this venue, we certainly won't be going back.

It's 35 years since I used a Burger King - I remember why now! Personal service is zero - I mean zero! Not one member of staff said a word to us. They could speak - they never shut up talking to each other behind the counter - but the only contact we had was when our "number" was called and a bag containing our order was pushed across the counter to us. Not even an "enjoy your meal" or anything. We had to order and pay for our meals on a computer screen - I obviously got it wrong because the drink I thought I ordered wasn't included. If I go back in 35 years I'll be doing well to be alive!

We went last night it was very quiet...2 lads chatting no eye contact no customer service but that aside chose this services as BK is normally a better quality of fast food to its competitors but not last night it was shocking. 11.99 for a cold uninspiring Angus steakhouse and cold fries then my friend got a double bacon cheese burger 20 minutes later this was also cold...tiny and had never seen a flame grill the burger was insipid looking. Will revert back to MCDs at least the food is hot and the staff acknowledge you...Please don't let this put you off Wetherby Services in general as great facilities we always stop to charge our E Cars will just avoid BK from now on .
