Went to costa wetherby with 2 friends , had a lovely welcome by two ladies serving -( lady with short silver hair ) drinks were made perfectly. Had a lovely gossip with lady behind counter whilst serving us. It’s the little things that create a good visit - keep up the good work

Disgusting dirty and full of flies on all surfaces including where food been prepped no ice at 9:30am, no coconut milk so swapped for almond without asking, wrong order given first time around and staff couldnt care less and said they know its dirty and full of flies. Contacted management who said was motos fault it was dirty and ignored flies I was offered £5 gift card on a order of £19.

What should have been a usual smiley welcome that you get from most Costa coffeehouses this has got to be by far the most miserable! Not a single smile, welcome or offer of help from a single member of staff. They could clearly see that we were struggling to read the ever changing menu board and didn't offer any help, in fact we actually got scowled at and made to feel embarrassed so had to just quickly order a basic drink. Definitely won't be rushing back to this Costas! I gave it two stars because I actually enjoyed the vegan toastie

Worst experience, we go 3-4 times a week. Last time we went we waiting 5 minutes in the queue for a lady to say we can serve you we are too busy. The people that were in front of us that walked in same time got served as we didn’t. Head office offered us a free drink which was an insult would expect a company like that to offer something properly for wasting 30 minute lunch break on not getting served and spoken to rudely

Clean, bright with decent service, the staff pleasant. Toilets very clean with a disabled toilet. Pretty central to the area.

This Store has been refurbished since my last visit. Brighter, Cleaner and more spacious. Costa has now incorporated quality Sandwiches from M&S. Free WiFi.

Called in for a brew as I had time to kill. Was served very promptly and handed my brew on a tray with a dirty cup and the remnants of the last coffee round the rim. I politely asked for clean cup and was presented with a dirty cup. I pointed this out and the lad serving simply wiped the dirt off with his finger. I politely asked for another clean cup and asked the lad not to clean it with his fingers. So he handed me another dirty cup which I had to clean myself. I sat at a table that one of the girls had just cleared before going to chat with her friend, whilst leaving the table covered in crumbs. No wonder they don't have time to clean the cups. Shame really as the place seems nice and in a good location.
First of all, don’t take too much notice of the address shown here as, although it is definitely in Market Place, the coffee shop is in Wetherby - not Leeds. Now on to the review. The Costa Coffee in Wetherby is a very nice branch of the chain, with stylish decor and comfortable seating. Other than that, what more can you say? You get the expected slick service and good coffee in comfortable surroundings. Ticks all the required boxes.

Just brought a coffee from yourselves through the drive through, to discover when I took a drink from it there was a wasp in there which ended up in my mouth!!!! Disgusting

I returned a piece of dirty cutlery to the female of staff who proceeded to inspect it before giving me a replacement!. Then we sat in the establishment with no aircon in outside temperatures of 28 degrees. No one told us this was a problem on entering this unit. Needless to say we will never return to it.
