Really good pub to visit when you are local in Collingham and the huge beer garden is great for the kids to run around.

First ordered drinks and no half pint glasses for the Peroni. Ordered food - mixed grill, sausage & mash, cheesy Mac bites, fries & ultimate fries plus a sparkling water. The cheesy Mac bites were the best I’ve tried and would recommend. The sausages were cheap and had a strange texture so the only thing eaten was the mash for the sausage and mash main. The mixed grill was hardly eaten due to the sausage (texture & cheap), chicken didn’t taste of chicken and poor gammon - only steak & fries eaten. The ultimate fries were a joke - fat frozen fries & a small portion at £3.79. The fries were also left as they were not great. Sparkling water in a bottle warm. The DJ was fantastic and the bouncy castle was great for the kids. Food bill £40 and the only thing finished was the very good 4 cheesy Mac bites - very disappointing and feel ripped off!

Bar staff welcomed us by reeling off the list of unavailable items on the menu, not exactly a warm welcome. No table orders, had to go to the bar even though the place was virtually empty. Portions very small and items missing, food quality low and not cooked great. Priced at £13 for a microwave curry with a Nan bread the size of a biscuit - not good value for money either. I gave 3 stars for the pub itself was nice and the outdoor area looked good for summer , we weren’t hassled to leave so for meeting place for drinks and catch up it was good but eat elsewhere.

Thank you to Jess and Andrea for a warm welcome and great customer service, and thank you to the chef, Kieran who cooked everything as asked, well done... Will return and recommendParking: 2 disabled bays and plenty of other parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Level entry and wide doors including the wc door.Dietary restrictions: Andrea went through my awkward dietary requirements and food cooked as requested

This was an excellent spot to spend my parents anniversary close to home. We all had an amazing time and the food was so lovely. Highly recommend to families of all ages and it also has a nice atmosphere to enjoy a meal!!

Love this place, we drive up regularly from Whinmoor. Food is amazing, the outside area is brilliant and the bank holiday entertainment is always a great day out.

Fantastic service, the staff are very polite and friendly, the drink selection is great, the only problem was the company I was with, I’ll be definitely back but with someone else

Have been calling here for around 8 months, I have had always a great welcome from the staff, I have a couple of pints on a early afternoon and the beer prices are very reasonable, The place is well decorated and spotless. Would definitely recomend.

We live locally and thought we would go with the grandkids for dinner. What a disaster, the food was in edible and being as polite as possibly we only asked for one dish to be replaced even though the six meals were awful. The gammon we oredered looked as though it had been cooked on a furnace, as it was completely charred. They then informed us that they couldn’t replace the gammon, as we had the last of it. This is a venue that I would visit for a pint but never ever eat in this establishment again, so sad that we don’t have a decent pub in Collingham that serve edible food.

Popped in for a bite to eat at lunchtime and chose a chicken & bacon salad. After 20-25 minutes I asked the waiter to check my order-there were only a handful of people there & had expected my food by then. Andrea (manager) explained that there was only one chef working today but my order would be coming soon. After another ten minutes the food arrived and it was delicious! Andrea came to check all was good and agreed that 35mins was too long to wait for our order & offered us a free drink for our trouble! Great customer service! Thanks Andrea.
