I'm sure the business is fine. My issue is litter and in particular with the plastic fuel dispensing gloves which I keep seeing blowing all over the road and area in Wetherby. I mentioned it to the cashier last week but still seeing. Problem is the plastic getting into drains then rivers and contributing to polluting the rivers and sea. Please try to keep these gloves within your premises. Thank-you.

This man works evening shifts is a very racist person.
Every single time i have been there he has been rude towards me.
He has no manners. Never says please, thank you or any friendly chat.
This is not a customer service someone expects.
They have a toilet for customers like all other shell garages.
I needed the toilet a while ago he did not let me use it. He says its out of order.
I believed him
But yesterday when i got fuel from there and wanted to use toilet. His reaction was same. Says its out order, its blocked.
How can it be out of order every time i want to use it? I didnt listen to him and still went to use toilets,
And guess what?
The toilets were in perfect condition. It was not blocked.
What a shame he is for the company.
