Very rude girl serving behind the bar. Asked for a cappuccino but had not got my table number, she asked me to go back to table and find it but as I have a disability I didn't want to do this and said I would wait for it, after waiting 10mims another lady (nice one) told me that I needed to wait near another coffee station of which the other girl hadn't told me and just stood watching me wait. Told her I would report her as she argued with me that she had told me where to go! How rude! Never had a problem here before and I'm a frequent traveller. Just no need to be so rude!

Had a drink or two in here before and thought the place was ok But…… This time we had a bite to eat. Breakfast bap, egg sausage & bacon. Egg was hard, sausage & bacon ok but all Luke warm. Same goes for the side of chips, although these were more cold ! 2 baps, Chips and two slices of toast with a beer and a soft drink almost £40 so not cheap. First time and defiantly the last. Get a meal deal from Boots or take a pack up, cheaper and loads better.

This was a surprisingly easy and tasty experience. Don’t normally use an airport cafe but early morning and a breakfast needed before flight. Ordering online was a doddle using the Saltaire QR code on the table. Prices not unreasonable for a delicious bacon butty, some toast and jam with a J2O for drink coming in at £14.57. Staff very helpful when delivering the ordered food and drink. Place also kept very clean and tidy by a young and pleasant member of staff. Thanks A+++++ When using the airport in the futures will not hesitate to use this cafe again.

I only rated 1 as the coffee was nice and was very hot. Food cold, eggs overdone as they had sat under a hot bar for 10 minutes, 2 waitresses serving even though the place was full, tables not cleared, order came with chips instead of hash browns, poor food, poor service, poor cleanliness, AVOID THIS PLACE

The worst place i have ever eaten. The food (breakfast) was poor quality, luke warm and tasted of vinegar, it was over priced, run down and dirty. Staff were unwelcoming, dismissive and generally shocked at being spoken to. You have to figure it out for yourself, app ordering only. The furniture and floors were worn and generally filthy, as is the whole airport to be honest. Do your self a favour and fly from Manchester.

After finding a table for 6 it was cleared eventually by staff milling around,drinks hot no rubbish bins on tables for tea bags paper etc,expensive but your limited choice at LBA

Only visited because we were delayed. The place is filthy and the food is awful. 2 cold breakfasts, 1 bacon sandwich that my Grandson couldn’t bite through, 3 teas and 2 slices of toast……£38.65. We had to wipe our own table and the floors are disgusting. Needs a deep deep clean. They have a captive audience so trade on that. Will never use again.

Stopped here for a breakfast before flying on holiday. Never again. I had a cooked breakfast which was luke warm at best. The beans had a skin on the top, the bacon had been overcooked and was cold felt like trying to eat cardboard. The sausages were cheap and mushy. My partner had a sausage sandwich which was also luke warm, she couldn't finish it as it was so bad. With a pint and a tea the bill came to nearly £30 - over-priced garbage, avoid at all cost.

Well if I could give it 0 stars I would happily do that. Cost me £16.98 for a Ceasar salad. A very small bowl of chips and a bottle of water. It was without doubt the worst Ceasar salad I have had in my life. Served in a bowl that was red hot so the lettuce was already wilting. Apparently the Italian grated cheese was mixed in the mayo..... It wasn't couldn't even taste it. Half a dozen croutons and that was it. Bowl of chips contained a dozen at most. Disgusted and wish I had bought a sandwich on the way in.

Ordered two sausage bread rolls, they came with full sausage on so you ended up eating 1/3 of the sandwich as just bread with no filling. A little bit effort wouldn’t go amiss, cut each sausage in half and cover the base of the sandwich, it’s not rocket science. At £7 each I expected more. Tables are left dirty for too long. Nice breakfast to start the day. Obviously being in an airport the Saltaire is a busy place, but plenty atmosphere with a good range of food and drinks. The garden breakfast was really good but they had ran out of hash browns…fair play they swapped them for toast and a fried egg which I didn’t mind. It’s tricky for phone signal in here so quite difficult to get on the Order \\u0026 Pay app, watch out for that if you are a solo traveller, although you can just order at the bar. All in all a good place for food and drinks once you get settled and order ?

Went to get some breakfast before an early morning flight with children. The food was cold, one of the drinks were unavailable so they swapped it for what can only be described as vinegar. The main issue was the language that was coming out of the kitchen where children were sitting directly outside of. Complained to the manager who told us ‘he knows it’s an issue but they don’t listen to him’ When going on holiday with children the start of the holiday shouldn’t be met with foul language and aggressive behaviour from one of the lone cooks towards other members of staff. I have tried to contact head office but seems as though the only way for contact is through the airport itself!!

Overpriced. Dirty tables. Cold food. Loaded fries covered in what appeared to resemble custard. If you're after some food at the limited options at LBI airport either get a meal deal from WH Smiths or go to burger king.

The service has been absolutely fantastic. I was served by Eshar, who was very helpful, patient and kind when going through allergen information. Also, their manager Jack was also brilliant helping us with a very minor issue, happy to help and made sure our experience was a good one. Thank you!
