Very nice and fresh, wouldn't recommend the pizzas but the gyros are goodParking: Few spaces outside the shop. If not you can park on nearby streets or opposite

Sweet Basil Valley
Green Ln, Rawdon, YeadonWe visited on New Years Eve- 4 generations of us! We absolutely loved it, my Grandma is still talking about it today! Food was quick, but quite clearly fresh and the portions are excellent, had we known, we may have shared! The service was also excellent with staff checking in and making sure we had everything and had drinks etc. Will definitely be returning , what a lovely way to spend New Year’s Eve! Thank you to all at Sweet Basil Valley ☺️

12 Ivegate, Yeadon, LeedsCame here both Friday night and Saturday night, amazing DJ and karaoke king hosted by Martin, a fantastic night in a pub that was bouncing, lots of singers and plenty having a good time, we only stayed the weekend arriving Friday but was so good we went Saturday night too, and yes it was just as good the next time. Friendly bar staff, not expensive and plenty of new friends. Highly recommend, we will defo be back.

Morrisons Cafe
High St, Yeadon, LeedsI did use the cafe on a regular basis. Until Covid struck ! Update Feb 2021 cafe CLOSED for now because of coronavirus .I understand that takeaway service is available . All the below information will still be relevant when this is resolved .The cafe has been made Covid secure and tables sectioned off with clear plexus panels to aid social distancing . You MUST book in at the cafe entrance and supply contact details before you are allocated a table . .As a wheelchair user I find that there are only two tables suitable for me . They are marked but are at opposing ends of the cafe . I get the feeling that some more tables have been changed as I managed nicely today and it wasn’t a designated table . Having placed your order you can collect tea coffee etc , but cutlery etc will be delivered to your table with your meal .One of the main problems is around the word disability and it’s meaning in the cafe . I often find elderly people using the table because of the disability sign , but I don’t think they realise that they can sit anywhere but wheelchairs can only use the marked tables because there are no sides to them!! This allows a wheelchair to fit under the table .All other tables are inaccessible to us.The floor is level and access is not a problem . I find it difficult to use the counter because of its height and trying to get any item from the display is impossible . I therefore have to rely on the staff to help me . Up to press the staff have been brilliant . The coffee machine and the sauces along with knives etc are also out of reach but again the staff have done it all for me most of the time .The cafe has had a revamp and also boasts a barista bar where you can avoid the queue at the cafe if you only want tea or coffee and have it delivered to the table. The thing I dislike about it is that it’s run by just one member of staff even at lunch times and the service becomes very slow . TWO staff at peak periods would make sense.Barista bar opens at 9:30am on Sundays even tho shop not officially open Cafe opens 10am SundayWhere the cafe is concerned that too struggles a bit at peak periods and you have to wait a while.Overall it’s a pleasant place to go for a cup of tea

High St, Yeadon, LeedsWent in to use the café. Good environment with a friendly atmosphere. The cost of toastie and jacket potato with coffee/tea was very reasonable.I'm not sure if it was just us, but it took over ten minutes to get served when it wasn't busy, so it loses a star. We will definitely be going back, as we have been here many times over the years.

1 Club Row, Yeadon, LeedsCharlotte is an amazing barmaid, she catered to our every need despite the kitchen struggles, we had a lovely meal and several very nice drinks… she knows how to pour a proper pint of Guinees… the Irish would be proud. Absolutely fantastic service, she served us back in September and was as happy and enthusiastic as she was back then, perfect barmaid for the establishment!!

The Saltaire
Freight Area Leeds & Bradford Airport, Yeadon, LeedsThis was a surprisingly easy and tasty experience. Don’t normally use an airport cafe but early morning and a breakfast needed before flight. Ordering online was a doddle using the Saltaire QR code on the table. Prices not unreasonable for a delicious bacon butty, some toast and jam with a J2O for drink coming in at £14.57. Staff very helpful when delivering the ordered food and drink. Place also kept very clean and tidy by a young and pleasant member of staff. Thanks A+++++ When using the airport in the futures will not hesitate to use this cafe again.
