Service and food was excellent. Staff was very helpful. We had our great grandaughter with us and staff were so kind and thoughtful and patient so no improvement needed.Parking: Plenty of parking including disabled spaces.

We ordered halloumi dishes, but unfortunately, the chef took out directly from the packet, placed it on the plate- raw, and for deep fried dishes, the chef just have a quick fried outside until golden brown, inside is very raw. The service is great and good. But the foods disappointed ?.Vegetarian options: Unfortunately, the halloumi undercooked.

Booked a meal for 6 this evening on a spontaneous whim thanks to my brother. Amy T, our server, was fantastic! She provided us with brilliant service and was absolutely lovely, complete credit to your team and company! My god, the size of the burgers are mahoosive though, my son's eyes were definitely bigger than his belly.... Still had room for a sundae though! All in all we had a great evening, lots of laughs, good food and a good atmosphere inside.

Nike was very attentive with us all. She bought a great atmosphere and joined in our jokes on Christmas Eve! Great food delivered quickly without any issues. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality.

Had a lovely Tapas style dinner... we had not booked as it was a spur of the moment decision after a long day of Christmas shopping.Nike arrived promptly at the entrance to greet us, and from the onset was nothing but lovely. Nike suggested the perfect bottle of wine and made sure we were happy and settled.Nike is the reason we have returned to this restaurant on multiple occasions. Nike has been nothing short of exceptional in terms of customer service.

Food was good. Had a works breakfast for 5 of us. It was very busy. Sadly breakfast orders got a bit mixed up Eg left out mushrooms on three plates. Got toast orders mixed up Eg brown and white bread preferences. Not too much of a biggie. Separate mushrooms were delivered. They did have staff issues. Not enough watering people to cope with the opening bookings. But the food was good.

When visiting Harvester in Amesbury, I had the pleasure of interacting with Faye, member of bar staff who provided exceptional service. Her friendly demeanor and attentive nature of Faye made the dining experience truly enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the drinks menu and took the time to ensure that each order was prepared to perfection. Her professionalism and warmth added a great deal to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. I would highly recommend the her at Harvester in Amesbury for her outstanding service.

Excellent Breakfast with Santa experience. Nike was the perfect server. So professional helpful and happy! Even had an incredibly awkward and difficult customer next to us and Nike was so calm and professional in dealing with them dispute them being rude. Well done and merry Christmas! I took my family to Amesbury Archer Harvester for lunch on Christmas day. From the point of arrival we were greeted by happy, friendly staff. Food was delicious and plenty of it. Nike was our server, she was excellent! Very attentive to myself and my 4 family members. Asking when we were ready for each course, allowing us extra time when we needed it. She was in contact with us regularly throughout our meal. Always happy and extremely polite, even though we could see she was very busy. Thank you Nike. You made our Christmas day extra special ?

We have eaten at Harvester many times before including this particular one in Amesbury. Sadly this was possibly the last time. The food quality was poor and service took a long time. It no longer seemed good value for money.The Mac n cheese had no sauce and was just overcooked pasta with some cheese melted on top.The kids chicken strips consisted of 4 small chewy and dry pieces of chicken the smallest being 1cm in length and the others were about 3cm long.My wife's steak was burnt on the outside and dry and tough on the inside.My brie and tomato tart was soggy on the bottom and the pastry wasn't cooked.The drinks order took over 30 minutes to be brought to table although I could see them sitting on the bar for about 10 minutes.On our return journey we went to Pizza Hut which was the total opposite. Fast service, great Mac n cheese and perfectly cooked pizza. My advice is go to Pizza Hut and not Harvester at Amesbury.

Really lovely visit. Great staff, could have done with one or two more for how busy it was, however all that were on, worked very hard, very polite and helpful! Credit to them! Manager was also very lovely and hard working! Our only slight criticism would be that the toilets were a mess, but it was soo busy it would be hard to monitor them constantly! I pointed this out to the manager and she was going to rectify it straight away! Great stuff! We will be back! Thank you!

It was the first time in a long time I got to eat out with my parents and the first time ever we went to the Amesbury Archer! from the start of the experience, Nike made us feel extremely welcome. She was very attentive, our food was out of this world delicious and it was a superb all round experience! :) Would highly recommend. Nike, you were fantastic <3
