No one answered phone when you call to complain in Amesbury. Chips are raw. A number times I complain First around due to the pizza a few months ago got abuse from the staff via emai.Took months from the so call management to respond and resolve the situation..

I rung up to place an order 10 minutes before closing time but the guy stalled for so long and by the end said I can get it cheaper on the app, knowing the store will stop taking orders by the time I do it so I’ve just been done over pretty much so thanks to the guy who is too lazy to want to make me 3 pizzas for collection might I add

Ordered a takeaway from here last night. There was barely any tomato puree on the cheese & tomato pizza making it very dry, Disappointing.

Really disappointed, ordered a pizza and there’s no cheese on it ! Just pure tomato base and the two toppings. Pizza tasted bad.

I could have made a whole pizza and side by the time this was delivered. Driver didn't even say hello. Could have walked down and collected it quicker. Have had to own oven on to re-heat!!!!!

Order a pizza from Domino’s Amesbury and waited a hour and a half gave them a call and found that my pizza had just been given away to someone else I asked for a refund and was told they would do that but I haven’t received my refund and the payment has settled I’ve tried ringing multiple times just to get put on hold and the have the phone put down after 10 minutes of been put on hold
Wrong pizza and chicken wings delivered, then the wrong pizza and chicken wings delivered again. Guys on the phone in store where useless and rude barely understood English 2 hours later and we didn't get to eat ?UPDATE: I also didn't get the refund the I was promised so yeah.... Worst dominos store in my experience

What can I say. The worst dominoes I have ever used. I waited 1 hr 40 for my food to arrive and it was the wrong pizza and stone cold. Do not use. I’ll be using the local pizza kebab place from now. Rubbish.

Have never had an issue ordering from Amesbury Dominos, I tend to order around mid-day to make use of the lunch collection only deals as it does heavily cut the price.Not once has an order been wrong. Delivery has been relatively fast on most occasions.

Haven't ordered from Donino's for many years but I just fancied a double decadence meat feast and some spicy chicken wings. Didn't take long to remember why I haven't ordered for so long... over priced, flavourless rubbish. The pizza had very little cheese on it. The double decadence was drier than a desert floor and the chicken wings were barley cooked and completely flavourless. No value for money here, just feel ripped off!!!
