it’s actually funny that this still says 24/7, it’s clearly not, I don’t know why I can give a one star when I didn’t eat any food or go in, I did manage to find a parking place

This McDonald’s is NEVER open 24 hours. It is very rarely open past 21:00. It is ridiculous that the signs in the restaurant and outside say 24hrs especially as this is on a busy road within a big service station. Awfully ran McDonald’s would recommend going anywhere else that actually does open

Not open 24/7 very disappointed with the false advertisement, I expect better from a “professional company”

Two weeks in a row, same day and same time, it’s not open. Last week I was given the excuse their tills were broken. This week no excuse because nobody was to be seen. Not 24 hours, simple.

The worst Mac donald where she has ever been. Terrible and inedible food, 3 mice at the entrance of the place, we ordered 6 menus and they only gave us 5 chips…

We stopped off for something to eat on a long journey - our food arrived swiftly enough. When it was served at the counter we said we wanted to "eat in" the staff member said that was fine. When we move to the seating area another member of staff told us in a very unfriendly manner that the seating area was closing in 5 minutes and unless we could eat in that time we could no sit down. When we said that the server had said we could we were sharply told no, they are kitchen staff, they do not know, they should not have told you that. There was no "sorry" we are closing, not apology for having been given mis-information. They did not actually use the word but they might just have well have told us to F**k off! We then went to eat in the car. The burger was cold and soggy and all the icing fell of the donut. When we drove away, we could see through the window that the cleaning staff having left the seating area - and other customers were now sitting there eating. Abysmal manners, poor customer service and very poor food.

Terrible, staff moody and grumpy. It says open 24 hours but it's shut by 8pm, this false advertisement! And times need to be changed. Food cold and missing some items.

Thus Mcdonalds is closing at 2130 tonight Fri 22 September, this restaurant advertises as open 24 hours, I can't remember the last time it was open for 24 hours, called in just week at 0515 for a breakfast and it was shut.

Ordered cheeseburger and chicken wrap. Took ages to get to serving hatch, then told had to park up. If you're in a rush, then buy the ingredients and cook yourself - will be quicker.

Drive through experience - check your order before you head off down the A303.I ordered two sausage and egg McMuffins with hash browns with drinks.I ended up with 2 egg and cheese muffins, but by the time I noticed it was too much hassle to turn around and complain directly. This occurred on the 21st September around 7.50ish, so keen to see any reviews from a vegetarian who bit into a sausage and egg muffin.Usually the service is good, but on this occasion......

As you would expect at McDonald’s generic food but brilliant service, I made a complex order with all food customised to my liking and the food was ready and correctly prepared within 3 minutes of ordering, my friend also received there food in incredible times!
