Went for lunch with friends, we had a great time. The staff were friendly and working very hard. The menu is limited to maybe 5 items, but this didn’t bother us. Most of us had roast of the week, we had at least 7 different vegetables with all the trimmings of a roast dinner. But what was most surprising was the price, £7.50 for a delicious cooked lunch. Well done team Spero keep up the good work, we’ll definitely be back.

My first visit today. What a lovely cafe, with a warm welcome. Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. Home cooked food and beautiful coffee, all at a reasonable cost. I will be back!

I go to spero every Thursday.they do a different roast every week.spero do have other choices and a good selection cakes all homemade.choice of coffee . The people who work here are fabulous. I would give spero 5 star amazing food and amazing people . If you really like home cooking and best roast dinner they you will not be disappointed

We just moved in the area and we were looking for a nice café. We looked at the review on Google and we thought we should check this place out. Well, the whole experience was disappointing.We waited for 40 minutes for just a cappuccino. A few people took our order multiple times but seemed like they were too busy to make our drinks. Even paying for it turned out to be a challenge as they didn’t have a card machine and the person that took our cash didn’t know how much change to give. Also the room smelled weird.
